Answer:	I use the lawn for just about everything. Not just bottles/baby related items. The twig isn't really big enough to hold those items. I have used it for lids and other odds and ends but nothing as heavy or long as a wine glass or silverware. It's not tall enough or strong enough. I imagine you could lay a few utensils on it if you tried but the wine glass might be better off in the lawn. Maybe one wine glass per stem? But again, I'd suggest to just stick it in the lawn/grass.

Answer:	I didn't try with washing machine but assume it would work. Advantage of dishwasher is you get a lot of cleaning power directed at the fabric without worrying about the hat moving around and possibly coming out of the frame.
Question:	What is this made out of, hard plastic? Is it sturdy enough to double as hat box type thing in a suitcase
Answer:	Hey, I would say this plastic is flexible but not flimsy. I think it would be alright as a "hat box type thing" in a suitcase as long as nothing hard and heavy is put on top of it, but just clothes I think it would do fine. Thank you.
Question:	Can anyone suggest a brand of dishwasher detergent that works best? Some brands have bleach, so I would be interested in the experience of those who have tried this
Answer:	We have a Bosch dishwasher and Quantum Finish (Powerball) was recommended, and that was what I used. After I could not wear my hat in public, I wore it for 2 years to do yard work, and figured it was worth a try. You can imagine how pleased I was when it came out clean!!! I WILL wear it the next time we go to Disney.

Answer:	Exactly, they come from the bottom of the valve right behind the washer hoses.The incoming water lines have to be soldered (sweated) to the rear of the valve.The valve itself can then be unscrewed from the rear 2 parts that are now soldered to the water lines.This way the valve itself can be replaced without having to re-solder/reconnect the two rear parts to the water lines.These valves need to be "exercised", (opened/closed), a few times/year or after several years they get stuck inside in the open position and you can not disconnect the rubber hoses to the washing machine since you'll flood your place. That's a well known issue with these valves, the manufacturer is aware of this problem, and if you can't access the rear of your washing machine to exercise the valve you should probably look into another setup.

Answer:	Since we recommend washing in the top rack of the dishwasher, the water is usually hot/warm and does the best job of cleaning. The only time we recommend using cold water is if the hat is 100% wool. Although we have not received any comments about a wool cap shrinking, we recommend cold/warm water to be safe. Answer:	All my husbands hats have come out normal. Just make sure you wash it on delicate. I broke the first BallcapBuddy washing it on regular wash. Had to order a 2nd one and started to wash it on delicate. Works good on all his hats and the ones that are even curved.
Question:	can i put this in my washer and wash the hats i own
Answer:	It depends on the washing machine. DO NOT put the Ballcap Buddy in a front loading, tumble type washing machine. It is too aggressive for the BCB. The best way to use the Ballcap Buddy is in the top rack of the dishwasher or a washing machine that has a gentle cycle. It is even better if the washing machine does not have a center agitator. After washing, let it air dry in the Ballcap Buddy. DO NOT put in the dryer. Hope this helps
