Question:	Can i use this for both flat bill and and curved bill hats
Answer:	Yes, but you will have to reshape the bill a little. You might try wrapping the bill with a couple of rubber bands to keep the curve. BTW, this works best in a dishwasher not a washing machine. Don’t fill up with greasy dishes.

Answer:	You might squeeze a couple of hats in there, but that would likely affect the cleaning. If the were pressed together the soapy water could not work on the cloth as well. I would recommend only doing one cap at a time.

Answer:	I put it in my front loading washing machine 5 times and each time the hat came out perfectly. There was nothing on the packaging saying you shouldn’t put it in a front loading washing machine. I just happened to see this after the fact. I say go ahead and throw it in there on the Delicates cycle.

Answer:	Probably not but you are taking a chance. I don't have cold water DW (do they actually exist?) so I wash the hat in the regular washer using warm water and gentle cycle.
Question:	Will this keep the front of a hat from getting deformed, wavy, or bumpy? I have rigid front hats that I want to keep rigid and in shape after washing
Answer:	My hats held the form of the bill. I would recommend removing the hats from the cage after wash, setting the hat on top of the cage (bill resting on top of where the bill would be during wash) and then air drying the hat outside for 12-24 hours. Febreeze hat after air dry. I hope this helps

Answer:	I haven't used them to store hats but I think they would work just fine. However if you use them to wash your hat they come apart and your hat does not survive.

Answer:	This cap washer is meant to be used in the dishwasher with no other items in the dishwasher. I would highly recommend that you not use in the washing machine at all. I bought 3 and used all 3 in the top and bottom racks of the dishwasher with dishwasher soap at the same time and it worked great. A washing machine would be too rough and might destroy the washing cage or even the hats.
Question:	Is the brim of the cage flat or curved? I'd like to keep the curved shape of the brims of my hats and I'm worried that these might flatten them out
Answer:	The brim of the cage is curved about 3/4 inch from the edge of the brim to the middle of the brim. My caps are all curved about that amount or a little more and I had no problem retaining the curve in my caps. The cage is really pretty flexibly since it is plastic. Does a great job on all my caps. I was absolutely shocked how well even my fifty work caps I had planned to throw away came out. Bought several of the cages and just ran 3 at a time through the dishwasher cycle with dish washer soap as if they were dirty dishes. Worked great.

Answer:	Due to the nature of how washing machines are all very different, we don't recommend using it in the washing machine and NEVER in a front loading machine (see instructions) If you do use it in the washing machine we would only wash one at a time. If you used 2 they would collide with each other. If you follow the washing machine directions, small load, gentle cycle, only wash with lightweight clothes etc. I should work fine as it has with many other caps.

Answer:	I ended up returning mine. They all three broke when I washed on short cycle delicate wash. The hats and broken pieces ended up in the washer.

Answer:	Have not used it in the dryer. I just let the caps dry naturally on a patio table in the sun outside. I leave the cap in visor cleaner. ( TIP : I found some caps were more difficult to clean. I used a small spray bottle with half blue dawn dish wash soap and half vinegar let, scrub and rinse REALLY well. Then use it in the dishwasher. I have saved several of my husbands favorite caps. Answer:	I prefer to place the hat rack out in the sun during the summer. In the winter I just let the hat dry overnight on top of the dryer or washer in the rack. They come out perfectly all the time. My original hat holder broke in the dryer and I prefer to let the hat dry naturally. Once the hat is washed, even without being in the cap holder, then placed on the holder to dry, they come have out perfectly each time for me.

Answer:	I didn't try with washing machine but assume it would work. Advantage of dishwasher is you get a lot of cleaning power directed at the fabric without worrying about the hat moving around and possibly coming out of the frame.

Answer:	We have a Bosch dishwasher and Quantum Finish (Powerball) was recommended, and that was what I used. After I could not wear my hat in public, I wore it for 2 years to do yard work, and figured it was worth a try. You can imagine how pleased I was when it came out clean!!! I WILL wear it the next time we go to Disney.

Answer:	No. Dishwasher or top load washers only.

Answer:	Made of sturdy plastic. These seem to be just like the one I've had for years, which has held up well in washing machine. Haven't used these new ones yet... both of my "guys" have lots of baseball caps and am planning to do 3 @ a time in dishwasher. AS FAR AS using in suitcase, if other clothing surrounds it , think would work well! No guarantees, of course, w the way baggage is handled, and w the "random" searches of luggage where they might rearrange things...... I no longer fly too often, but the last few times, got searched every time

Answer:	My experience is that the bill goes flat inside the frame, but returns curved after it is dry. But in my experience, I often created the hat bill curve, so if it goes flat can always recreate it. By the way, I only use one part of the frame, doesn't matter top or bottom part. Pull the hat over the one part. You do not need both parts! Neat, right? In other words, you can was the hat according to directions, gentle cycle, COLD water, then pull the wet hat over the one par of the frame.

Answer:	These are great for washing hats....spray hat with Shout or Oxi clean...scrub a little if necessary. I have washed using the dishwasher as well as washing machine. As far as using them to stack hats for travel. The top piece and the bottom piece unsnap to make two separate pieces. I would think you could stack a few hats, then place the top piece on top of the hat on top. You wouldn't be able to snap the top and bottom pieces together...but could hold together with some sort of tie.... I think it would work. If it doesn't you still have a great way to keep your favorite hats clean. Definitely not a piece of junk in my opinion.

Regardless, the prdouct is certainly dishwasher safe - use in an empty dishwasher, on low setting and DO NOT use dishwasher liquid (pre-treat cap with stain remover). I hope this helps. Question:	Will this curve flat hats? I don't wash mine and it's a little curved incorrectly
Answer:	Yes, the hat block will train the bill of the ball cap. But....the bill of the cap must be damp. That said, it is very gentle curve, just as the picture on the carton states.

Answer:	Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Perfect Curve Cap Cleaner + Deodorizer is currently not available. However, as also mentioned on the packaging, a clothing/laundry pre-wash spray is the best way to proceed. There are many available that are either spray-on- or roll-on (gel), that work very well. You still will want to make sure your cap is colorfast by testing a small area before applying the pre-wash. Also, keep in mind that stains that are "set" may not not come out.
