Answer:	There may be more than one company making them. My experience with these curtains is not good. Ruffles are not sewn correctly and not even. The length of the curtains do not match. I think they were very poorly made. I would not recommend them or perhaps you may want to purchase them from a more reputable company.

Answer:	They aren't a thick material but they aren't sheer either. I think they would work in front of a closet without being able to see through them, especially if you buy a color. The ones I have are white and they aren't see through, so I think you would be fine

Answer:	It would be difficult to match the background without a fabric sample. It might be easier to match the navy. I am using these without a valance. They don’t lend themselves to using one.
