Question:	How long are the hooks, please, and how far apart from hook to hook? Thank you
Answer:	When perpendicular to the wood, the hooks are one inch apart and are two and three/eights of an inch in length. They all fold in (with ties on them) to conserve space. I am very happy with mine.
Question:	With the way you have to put it together, has anyone had any problems with the metal parts coming out and falling to the floor
Answer:	It comes assembled. No issues with anything falling out.
Question:	Anyone have trouble with the anti-slip grip being too close together? My ties do not slide under them and I'm finding it difficult to bend them
Answer:	I have not had a problem. The "grips" are too tight to bend up to get a tie under, but I push an edge of each tie into the grip part (which is not lifted at all) and that provides just enough friction to keep the ties from sliding off. Hope that is clear! Also, it you only have 12 ties or so, it is important to keep the ties spaced out evenly from front to back and on either side to keep the hanger level.

Answer:	This comes with 2 metal j hook bolts, wing nuts, washers and plastic grommets. If you saved those you just hook the bolts onto the wire rack and lift the unit up so the bolts slide into the holes in the housing on either side of the rack. Put the nuts on and tighten up.
