Answer: There is no bulbs to replace You would have to replace the whole unit instead of bulbs

Answer: No it does not have a back or any hanging space that would allow it to hang on the wall. Plus the material is not very strong so I doubt it would hold weight if hung. It does work great sitting in small spaces.

Answer: I just put a card in it to see, and yes, it could. Depending on the height of the card, the top shelf may not be tall enough to hold it upright but the others would work well.
