Answer:	You might check and replace the battery in the remote control. I bought 2 of these laser lights and one remote stopped after 2-3 days and I replaced the battery. The second remote still works and seems to work better than the first one I replaced the batteries. I would try replacing the battery and making sure there is power from the extension cord (maybe GFCI outlet popped somewhere and needs resetting). If that doesn't work then I would try contacting LEDMall. But since both ae not working I think it's the battery or no electric power. Hope it helps. Take Care

Answer:	It's in the manual towards the back. I bought mine last year and when I plugged it in it would not longer connect. Press and hold the button on the controller for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. If you had previously connected it to Alexa, delete it first. Then try to re-add it back in. I'm able to connect mine this way however after a couple minutes it disconnections and needs another hard reset...so mine is broken after only 1 Christmas. Hope this works for yours!!

Answer:	IDK...it was delivered to my home.
Question:	Middle section wobbly. Is there a connector for lower section attached to middle section
Answer:	The LED multi-color option has blue, green, red, pinkish/purple, and yellow. Hopefully you can enlarge one of the photos I posted to see them in a real setting. In what I call the "pastel" setting, they are lighter versions of themselves, with the blue, green and yellow being the most dominate. I'm still extremely happy with my purchase!
Question:	Why can’t I get this item delivered to my home
Answer:	Not that I’m aware of.

Answer:	No. It comes in a box. We store ours in the box. The box is pretty study and has handles though.

Answer:	It can stay outside, and it is water-resistant. However, the tree isn't very heavy. You need to somehow stabilize it. Otherwise, the winter strong wind can blow it to the ground.

Answer:	The tree connects in two places as well as the lights. It is a narrow tree, but it isn’t wobbly. Turn the section until it clicks into place.
