Question:	Is it easy to cut this or do I have to do something to the end once cut
Answer:	I don't think you can cut this as it runs on a small battery pack. If you cut it you will cut the wires inside and it will not work.

Answer:	No, it takes 2 AA batteries. You could buy a wall plug from somewhere like Radio Shack, cut off the attached power pack, and then solder on the plug. That shouldn't take long if you know what you're doing.

Answer:	I have used several of these, because THEY ARE AWESOME, they have 4 settings, #1, of course, being OFF, #2 is constant light. (~You do not have to HOLD the button to achieve this setting) #3 is a Strobe Flash (~on off on off on off) that closely follows the flash pattern of your cursor as you type, & #4 is a Strobe Flash that is about twice as fast. So, this is a VERY LONG answer to say "YES!", you do not have to use the strobe options, there is a constant light setting, BUT... please know that you achieve each setting with the same button, so if you accidentally hit the button, it will start strobing, so just click your button 3 times, and repeat "There's no phaze like strobe, there's no phaze like strobe!" Answer:	Yes, Yes, all tubes powered by battery do, but it is a very low sound. That said, some power supplies for EL tubes have a frequency over 200 Hz, and those do not. It is the voltage transformer (wire windings) that make the noise. At those frequencies the circuits don't produce an audible sound (to humans). By the way, the higher the frequency, the brighter the light (for the same voltage and tube length). Hope this helpsall tubes, powered by battery do, but it is a very low sound. As to do with the frequency of the current. That said, some power supplies for these tubes hve a frequency over 200 Hz, and those do not.

Answer:	I hung them on an 8 ft wooden board and stapled gun it to the board but you can maybe use the command hooks or items from their line.

Answer:	There are two kits available. one goes straight to the 12 battery of your car, the other runs to a usb. the kits are like $8. I plan on doing exactly that with this kit. I've bought all kinds of these el wire, and they seem to work seamlessly between power sources, whether it be a battery pack, rechargeable unit, 12v or usb.
