Answer:	yes it does - but I doubt you'd be able to rewind it entirely onto the reel as it is machine wound at the factory - it is a very tight fit to begin with when you take it off the reel.

Question:	How do you dime the lights
Answer:	The product is designed to dim, you would have to be sure you are on a circuit where you have a dimmer. Easy, just dim as you usually do

Answer:	I’ve had them up a year under the railing of my deck and going strong

Answer:	Just followed instructions... Cut the cable in the specific point indicated on the cable... push in the new contact points and everything worked fine.
Question:	Can two 150 feet of lighting be connected together
Answer:	yes you can connect 150ft rope light and if you'd like to connect more you'll just need a larger rectifier. The staff is amazing please call if you'd like to speak with the expert electrical contractors or Tech dept. for details.

Advantages of LED

LED is much more friendly to your power bills as it uses significantly less energy than their incandescent equivalents. Where a typical rope light spool would use ~3 watts per foot, our LED cool white rope light uses only 0.8 watts per foot. For medium or large scale projects, that translates into huge savings on the monthly power bill. A secondary benefit of LED rope light is the amount of heat produced is greatly reduced, expanding the lifespan the product. Normal rope light uses incandescent bulbs enclosed in a PVC sleeve and incandescent lamps get very hot when left on for prolonged periods of time. LED generates very little heat, allowing the LED cool white spool to last 50,000+ hours. To get the same lifetime, you would have to go through ~2.5 incandescent rope light spools and that's not cheap.

For lighting control, we are proud to offer our LED 2 Run Dimming Controller, which controls 2 runs of LED rope light independently. So for example, you want to create a 2 tone effect with one run running at 1/4 output and the other running at 1/2 output; you would only require one dimming controller to handle both runs. Simply plug your rope light power cords into the back of the unit and adjust your lighting levels.

Answer:	The rope lights could be used when it rains or snows, but should not be used under water

Answer:	These are ready to use sets and according to UL certificate they are not allowed to be cut
Question:	What voltage does the adapter put out? Do these run on 12v
Answer:	I used an old iPhone plug for mine. I do not expect they will work on 12 volts

Answer:	Hooked 4 together & Last one would not work. Also they have gone out in 3’ sections. Lasted about 1year.

Answer:	No you cannot, I bought 100 ft only it has been very good in tremendous amounts of rain for over 6 mo, no problems so far. There are other brands that do hook together.
