Verify power at the light and that all connections are good (this can be done through test equipment or by hooking up a known working electrical device such as another fixture). 2. Check the switch settings to see if it is still in test mode or something. 3. Adjust the placement of the sensor. 4. Check to see if it is pointed towards water (like a pool) or a white or shiny surface (this can mess up the ir sensor). 5. Contact vendor for any wierd conditions unique to the fixture (such as requiring that the ground wire be hooked up, a connected common wire, etc...)(I don't remember that there are any for this fixture but this part of my checklist).

I too at first push, pulled, and pressed, and then this finally worked. It was worth the effort!.

2. How long the lights last depends on batteries(3 x AA batteries, not included). So we suggest you select high quality batteries.
3. The timer function will work only when you switch to ‘TIMER'.

Answer:	To be able to read .....put on make-up - NO. To be able to see to move about - YES.

Answer:	Not sure about the warranty. I don’t think there is one. I loved mine but they got eaten by squirrels. They thought the bulbs were acorns. Sorry I couldn’t answer your question.
