Answer:	They never sent it...refused to answer questions about delivery, had to make an Amazon claim for a refund....I would avoid this product at all costs and the sad thing is I really wanted it and gave a more than ample time for delivery and contact.

Answer:	I don't know..... It was advertised as 100% Copper, but there was nothing noted in the packaging to verify it. There is copper cleaner inside though.... Good luck

Question:	What are the different 5 temperature settings
Answer:	I have had 3 or 4 different models over the years, all of faucets have fit into the same hole in the sink, and the heaters have all fit into the the area under the sink, so I am thinking that you should have no problems. The dispenser has standard fittings, but all the same I would have a licensed plumber put it in, I do not relish having problems with a fixture that dispenses near boiling water.

Answer:	If no device loading, the standy mode just consume 50mA .
Question:	what does it mean when the water level indicator is full of condensation
Answer:	I always leave the charger in the port, I have never had a problem, I do not feel any heat being generated. If you think this may be a problem I would contact the vehicle manufacturer or Aukey. I must admit my vehicle's cigarette lighter port does not work without the ignition being on. Check your car, if the port is dead without the ignition being on I would guess it's safe to leave the Aukey plugged in, if in doubt pull it out.
Question:	my prochef urn facet is leaking what part do i need to buy
Answer:	You need to buy a USB-C to Lightning cable from Apple. There are third party cables but they will NOT fast charge as Apple has not yet licensed this out yet. This is the new USB-C Power Delivery technology, so your only option right now (November 2017) is to buy the OEM Apple cable. Otherwise, it will charge at "regular" speed with out the fast charge.
Question:	Does this work in high altitude places (I had an urn that was supposed to automatically turn off after boiling but it wouldn’t stop boiling
Answer:	I have a 15" MacBook Pro, and the 46W provided is sufficient to charge it up, though at a slightly slower pace than the 87W Apple charger.

Answer:	If you like your hot chocolate/cocoa made with water, then yes, as this is only for heating water. I like my cocoa made with hot milk, so I still have to heat it on the stove or in the microwave.

Answer:	Yes, The water stays at one of the three temperatures it has been set.I leave mine on 24/7.

Answer:	Made in Japan. This looks like a new model. The QuikTemp feature is new. It now does not boil the water (212 degrees) every time you add water or unplug it by accident. If you have it set to 195, like I do, it only heats the water to that temperature. Thus not wasting power and time.. I had two of the CV-DSC40 VE models, both of which developed rusting issues up top under the lid. An very expensive disposable appliance. They too were made in Japan so... I am hoping this model does not rust out like the other two did. I have read almost every review of these things and it seems that Zojirushi CS is essentially useless. I just threw the others out after reading many people here say that calling them was almost pointless...But they really are great when they work or are rust free, if you drink a lot of tea or make those Japanese big boy Udon cup (bowl) of noodles. Just a bit pricy...
Question:	what is the inside lining? stainless or plastic
Answer:	All Zojirushi products are BPA-free. The inner container of the water boiler is stainless steel with nonstick coating, the inner lid is stainless steel, and both are BPA-free. Some gaskets and the outer lid that may come into contact with water are silicone or plastic, and also do not contain BPA.
Question:	Does it use a lot of power? Have you noticed a change in your electric bill after using this
Answer:	You most likely won't notice it, but those who want the detail then continue to read. Based on the manual the keep warm mode takes from 11W-20W per hour for the 4L version depending on the keep warm temperature. The 5L version takes about 14W-26W per hour depending on keep warm temperature. When the unit is boiling / reboiling it consumes 840W per hour, however it takes about 35-40 minutes to boil the water from room temperature to full boil. For example: We have the 4L version and we fill it once a day and set it at 175 degrees and allow it to go to a full boil. The approximate power usage is (12W * 24 hours + 840W * 0.58 hours) = ~780W for the entire day (i.e. less than 1KW per day or approximately 24KW for the month). For us 1KW is about 12 cents, so it cost less than $3 per month for us to operate.

A safety function that automatically shuts off power to the heater in order to prevent damage from overheating. The display will show 'HH' to alert that Automatic Shut-Off has been activated. The following conditions may cause activation:

-Unit was plugged in without filling with water.

Answer:	Um... A LOT. I held a tea class with this pot with at least 20 people in attendance, and everyone had multiple cups. Through the week, I use it for daily tea, ramen, and oatmeal, and refill maybe once a week, maybe less. Sometimes I even use it to cheat when boiling water for pasta.

Question:	I purchased this pot and when it arrived there was a small amount of water in the bottom. Is this normal
Answer:	There shouldn't be any water what so ever. The pot was dry when mine came. Unless, what you received was used at one point and the previous owner didn't empty the pot completely before it was returned.

Answer:	When the water is boiling, you will hear a noise. I had the similar situation. Now I stick the temperature to 190 degree and everything is fine.
Question:	Does one set the timer, and the unit turns off for six hours, whereupon it begins to heat up to reach the set temperature
Answer:	Thank you for your question. Yes, when using the 6 Hour Timer, the unit turns off and then 6 hours later the timer will turn off and the water will begin to heat up until it starts to boil. When the water is brought up to boiling temperature, it will then be kept warm at 194 degrees F. Enjoy!
Question:	Did anyone have any rusting issues with this dispenser
Answer:	3 years I have brown, rust looking scale. They are about 1/4" to 1/2" diameter about 5-6 different spots. Always use reverse osmosis water yet the brown scaling still happens. The issue is the tub has some sort of coating so you can't scrub it with abrasive pads to clean the scaling. I'm buying a different brand without any coating, just bare stainless steel.

The machine's highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. The tanks hold 1 liter of hot water and 1. 5 liters of cold water. The dispensing area has 8. 75 inches of space below the spout. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF certified activated carbon filter and a sediment filter along with a water line that can be attached to your water source.
