The white color keeps it cooler than blue. This is very good quality and is HUGE. Sounds like you need more of a canvas fabric one if the noise is an issue. | Answer: | It is very heavy guage. I live on the Pacific Coast line and the wind and storm conditions during the winter are horrible. I thought it would blow to pieces years ago because of the wind tunneling down from the coast. It tears up signs and traffic lights but it is almost brand new still. Sure you can see some molding starting to occure because I have been too sick to tack it off each summer and treat it, clean it off. It is covering a classic 1967 Doge van - the old box vans. Lots of farely sharpe cornors on the ole girl and I was sure the severe wind blowing and flapping the tarp would tear it up where those sharp van corners and mirroers were would end it's life, but it seems just fine. I'm sorry I can't be more specific with the thickness in mm or any other form of measuring. Why don't you just give the manufacturer a call. They will have that sort of technical data available. I'm very happy with this tarp. It has far excededd my expectations considering price and the horrible conditons here! Good luck! |

| Answer: | Refer back to owners manual, I think you may still be able to adjust by removing the cap that is pushed to open valve for water flow and adjusting the valve opening. This was procedure on older models. |

| Answer: | It's not difficult if you have average technical skill, but it is time consuming as there are many steps in the process. The location of the existing unit can make things more difficult, if its in a corner for example you have less room to access and work on the components under the hood. The kit does come with everything you need except the filter head and filter which you will need to install if the fountain doesn't already have one. |
