Answer:	You/I have to ask why so many would give this device a one star rating. I have this water bottle type duel filter and love it. Nothing's perfect though. One thing about this particular filter system is if you put too much water in the top side without taking water out it can overflow. So if you are now likely to put 3 gallons of water in a 2 gallon container you should be alright...lol

Answer:	It is a special bottle compatible with standard water cooler stands. The bottle is made of 2 halves and a lid. To fill the bottle, remove the lid and pour in water. To change the filters, lift off the top half (no fasteners to undo), un-screw the old filters (2 each) in the bottom half, and screw in the new filters. No plumbing is needed.

Answer:	There are 3 lights on my model. From left to right, one is for power (which is lit always), the middle is for hot water and the third is for cold water. The hot water and cold water lights only come on when it is actively working on making temperature related water. Once it is to temp, the light turns off.
