Question:	Does the top (white part) remove for cleaning? Does the plastic part that holds the filter remove? Is there a cover for the water fill hole
Answer:	The handle it self is not removable. The filter housing and reservoir, however does remove. I suggest using your 1st finger in the spout of the pitcher and your thumb to grab the reservoir, gently rock back and forth while pulling up. The entire reservoir will remove for easy cleaning. Make sure to take out your filter while washing and to dry your pitcher completely. I also recommend you Do Not Any scouring pads on the pitcher itself, as it will scuff and leave looking cloudy.

Answer:	Yes! I have a Brita Ultra Dispenser and the long lasting filters are actually manufactured shorter than the 3 month white filters. There are quite a few differences, but perhaps the most important one and the difference most people will notice first is that the bristles on the TUNG Brush are much firmer and more effective than the bristles on the Orabrush. Ours are similar to what you might find on a toothbrush, except that they're much shorter and they are arranged in a way that makes them effective on your tongue. The Orabrush bristles, by comparison, are thin and highly flexible plastic strands that many of our customers tell us are not as effective at cleaning -- especially down in the deeper nooks & crannies of your tongue and at the back of your tongue. Those are, of course, the most important areas to clean, since they are the locations where the smelliest gunk gathers on your tongue! Other differences include the ergonomic handle which is designed to help you reach further back and the hole in the middle to help make it easier to rinse and keep clean so bacteria don't grow on the brush itself. If you have used the Orabrush, you'll definitely want to to a little easy at first when you try the TUNG Brush -- maybe give yourself a few days of softer brushing until you get used to the feel of it. Answer:	Hi Ruthanna!Great question. Some of our customers actually stop using mouthwash altogether once they discover the power of a thorough tongue cleaning. This is because 90% of the bacteria that cause bad breath are actually on the tongue -- not on the teeth, gums or other tissues in the mouth. When you have a consistent habit of cleaning the tongue, you're dramatically reducing the source of the bad breath. So... you may find that mouthwash isn't necessary.Second thing you'll want to consider: does your mouthwash have alcohol in it? If so, you may want to find one that doesn't have alcohol, as the alcohol contributes to drying your mouth out. Dry conditions are better for bacteria to thrive, so unfortunately any mouthwash that dries your mouth out can actually make matters worse (although your mouth will feel clean and the odors will be masked at first). So... if you use a mouthwash, look for one that is alcohol-free. (For more on this, you can run a Google search for TUNGBrush and dry mouth, you'll see where we've published articles about this on our website.)If you're going to use a mouthwash, it would definitely get you better results after you brush your tongue with the TUNG Brush and TUNG Gel. Question:	Why is there white residue and flakes in the water? There is residue coating the pitcher. My clearly Filtered pitcher doesn’t. Started from beginning
Answer:	Hi there, A.T. -- thanks for your question! Scrapers are really great at removing substances from smooth surfaces. For example, when you have frost or ice on your windshield, a scraper is the right idea! But your tongue has lots of nooks and crannies, and that's where the smelly gunk on your tongue lives. So a scraper will remove some of the stuff from the top surfaces of your tongue, but will actually push some of the gunk down into the crevices and leave them there. Picture trying to remove peanut butter from some coarse sandpaper. If you scrape the peanut butter with a butter knife, you'll get some off, but you'll smear the rest into the sandpaper. And the sandpaper will still smell like peanut butter! But if you use a brush, those bristles will get down into the nooks & crannies where the smelly gunk lives and will loosen them up and get them out. That's why we designed the TUNG Brush -- scrapers just weren't able to get the job done! If you combine the brush with our minty fresh gel, you'll find that the zinc in the gel neutralizes any odors and leaves you with a clean, fresh tongue! I hope this helps. What is Ion Exchange Resin

This is one of the most used process to reduce water hardness, what they don't tell you is that in the process they remove magnesium (this is good for your body) and they add sodium to the water (which is very bad for your body)

How does it work?

The resin is made of a polymer that binds positively charged ions. The polymer is designed to bind to calcium and magnesium more strongly than to sodium.

Answer:	I usually do it every 10 to 15k. It works best to me when it is used for a trip or lot highway travel. Keeps the injectors clean. Recommended to me by a Toyota Technician.

Answer:	I have used this tool and also the Wagner one. I wan't happy with the RB one. The wheel seemed to be of inferior metal and didn't imprint as well. So now I own 2 sizes of the Wagner. Really like them. Sent the other back.

Answer:	if you can get the bolt head in the track, and the bolt threads in the knob, then everything will work fine.
Question:	Is this safe for any GDI with a turbo
Answer:	I don’t know what alloy it is, but I can say it is a high quality extrusion and can stand significant pull from the bolt heads without marring or distorting.... for the application it is intended I don’t think you can do better..
