Answer:	Though we are careful not to make any legal claims, there have been tests that show ION is effective against certain bacteria such as Giardia Lamblia and other pathogenic bacteria within minutes of treatment. I would treat it and wait roughly 5 - 10 minutes at least, depending on the level of contamination in the water.

Answer:	Sorry I don't know and no longer have the bottle. FYI: I used them to make my water Alkaline, not to purify. After testing with 6 drops my water was still acidic. I needed 12 drops. I switched to using bsming soda n only need 1/4 tsp to reach 7.5 on ph test strip. Now I have used baking soda for the past 4 months : happily.

Question:	What kind of water is used in this device, must it be distilled or will my well water be fine
Answer:	I use it as a brace under a step for an RV. The screw is plastic , fairly durable looking but might not be sufficient over time to use as a car jack. The overall construction is good; weight stiffness of materials, etc but I don't think the plastic screw is the best way to go. I don't recall seeing a warranty and I would not recommend it for automotive use. Pay more, get better. Makes a great brace for RV steps though.

Answer:	Ye, I bought it as a replacement for my 2003 beetle. It is larger than the original so storing it is not as easy. Have used it to lift 3 different cars for tire changes and it worked perfectly.

Answer:	I had a Acura MDX, weight of over 4000 pounds and the jack had no trouble lifting it one wheel at a time. I did have to put the jack on a 4" thick board to get the tires off the ground.

Answer:	There is a carbon filter in the machine. The company Air Water Life sells an inline Fluoride Filter that works with their 7.0 & 9.0 machines... I would call and ask if it would work with the 5.0.

Answer:	For clarification, a number of recent Android phones, and this includes nearly every brand of phone (including random Chinese manufacturers) have USB type C (USB-C) ports so will not work with these cables unless you use a type C to microUSB adapter. There are more now in late 2017 but it's been maybe 2 years since you could assume an Android phone must have microUSB. (The first major phones in the western world to have type C were arguably the Nexus 5X and 6P in late 2015. For non Google major phones in the western world, perhaps the LG G5 and HTC 10 in mid 2016.
