Answer:	I rinse it out. Pour out as much water as is can, sometimes put a dish towel inside to dry best I can, then use the plastic tool that holds it open and hang to dry completely. I purchased a hydration pack 4 in 1 cleaning kit, makes it real easy and it only cost about $8.

Answer:	I put tea bags and boiling water in mine, then opened it 15 hours later and it was perfectly hot. As in just barely cooled down enough to drink without burning yourself. Question:	Do you make a straw lid
Answer:	Unfortunately, this one has no straw lid.
Question:	Can you freeze the bottle
Answer:	Not in my experience. Mine was in the fridge in front of vent, so I knew it would freeze & always put it back 2/3 full. I'm not sure how long ago it happened, but at some point the bottom bowed out (the neoprene carrying case/sleeve masked that) & there's an internal rupture into the "vacuum insulation" area as there is water sloshing around after it's been emptied & the bottle is noticeably heavier. That failure of the internal bottle explains why it hasn't seemed to stay cold for as long as my 24 oz Avex bottles.
