Answer:	It's not too hot. The caps get a bit hot but not anything that you wouldn't be able to hold. The sleeve does come and is nice for extra insulation.

Answer:	It is fine mesh. I have not had any tea leaves or even portions thereof getting into the tea. However, depending on what type of tea you are making, you may get very, very fine sediments.

Answer:	So far I have dropped my tea tumbler a total of three times once a half catch half drop in the sink while washing, once onto the kitchen tile floor while it was full and once in a dirt parking lot while full. So two of those times were from a standing height. The glass did not chip crack or break. Maybe I'm just lucky but I am extremely happy with this tea tumbler. I really wanted glass over plastic and am very glad this has stood up to my clumsy ways so well. I have had this tumbler for a couple of months now very happy with the purchase.

Answer:	Hi Ana, They are both 16 ounces double-walled tumblers with similar stainless steel infusers (although the infusers are not interchangeable). The main difference is the lid design. The Voyager has a single button that seals the lid shut (leak-proof, vacuum sealed) while the Mountain has a flip-top lid and a hook built into the lid for carrying it or hanging it from your bag. The colors also differ, and the texture differs (brushed steel for the Voyager and powder coated steel for the Mountain). Hope this helps!

Answer:	The infuser basket is composed of 2 parts that can be used together or separately. Instructions on how to use the infuser are on the outer package.
Question:	Can you use the top filter part of the 2 piece filter/steeper without the steeper
Answer:	Pretty good insulation, looks really nice, stays hot for a reasonable amount of time, but not all that long. Be very careful with the glass. The cardboard cylinder and neoprene sleeve are also nice. We like to keep the tea leaves in the container and just refill with more boiling water when the first batch is done. All the caffeine will be gone, but the flavor will still be there. The combination of the glass plus the neoprene sleeve make it so you can hold it right away, even with freshly boiled water.

Question:	Can you drink from the container while it’s infusing
Answer:	Absolutely. The infuser is a closed system so can leave it in all day long if you like. You can use loose tea and herbs or bagged ones in the infuser. Screw on the top. Press it into place and pour your water over it. Cap your container and you are good to go. I like cold brew so I leave the infuser with my choice of. Peach or apricot tea and a smidgin of agave for sweetness and it lasts me most of the day sipping on a stronger and stronger flavor as the day goes on. When it gets where I've had enough I just take the infuser out. Sometimes I'll add ice and sometimes not but I have a great drink to enjoy no matter which way I choose to take it. Enjoy!
