Question:	Is the glitter colors smooth? I want to add a sticker
Answer:	Nope. The same thing happened to me. It took forever to figure out how to get Amazon live assistance so I could ask that question -- ended up having to Google it because I couldn't find it on Amazon's own website -- not good. Anyway, the rep was very helpful and said the tumbler had to be returned so she set that up for me and also ordered me a replacement. Hopefully, the straw is included with the replacement.

Answer:	I used a paper clip and poked the tiny hole that’s on the underside of the lid. Popped right off! And snaps back on. Just be mindful of the little plastic “plug” that you are popping out. It’s clear and easy to lose so I clean it and immediately put that back in!

Answer:	While polishing with compounds, it's recommended to blow out the pad with compressed air to prevent the pad from being over-saturated with compound or clogged with oxidized paint. When finished, I found it convenient to wash the pad in the sink with grease cutting dish soap and letting it air dry.
