Answer:	Definitely spill resistant. Very good at not spiliing. Plug it into your car it works great. Your laptop/desktop will not have enough power. If you buy an AC adapter make sure output is at least 1 amp. I bought a 500 milliamp (.5 amp) and it wasn't enough power.
Question:	How many watts does this use
Answer:	Aprox. 12 Watts or one amp at 12vdc. Most 12 volt receptacles in cars will supply 15 amps or 180 watts.
Question:	Is this plastic on the lid BPA free
Answer:	I'm not sure, but I have had two of these and both times the cord came apart at the plug. Within 2 months of use.

Wagan EL9903 - 5 amp AC to DC Power Adapter, 5A Power Converter, Converts 110V AC to 12V DC, Car Cigarette Ligher Socket, UL listed. I have used this mug on three road trips and one long layover at an airport. The mug is meant to keep hot liquids hot, but it also brings water from water fountain temperature to 150 degF in about 45 minutes. Answer:	Yes, I just brought it on a plane from PDX to LAX, I didn’t have any problems going through TSA on either leg of the trip. I had it in my carry on but took it out of the bag for TSA check with my other electronics.

Question:	How do you turn the mug off
Answer:	Unlike the other very helpful answer, the answer to your question: 1. You tap and hold the muggo logo for a couple of seconds. 2. The LED will ask "OFF?" 3. Tap the logo once more to confirm
Question:	How do you get it to charge. Whenever i put it on the dock it turns on and the light turns blue and red but as soon as i take it off it wont turn on
Answer:	There is no on/off button or switch for the dock or battery. When you seat the battery in the dock, the dock light will glow red if it is charging the battery. It turns blue once the battery is charged. There should be 4 small white lights on the battery, indicating the level at which it is charged. 1 light, 25%, 2, 50%, 3, 75%, and all 4 indicate 100% charge. When you place a fully charged battery on your mug, the battery lights will not be lit. That will not happen until the battery begins to drain from use. The only on/off option for the mug is to turn it on and off by touching the Muggo logo. Follow the instructions to do that, and to set the temperature. Then, enjoy hot coffee till the last drop.
Question:	How can I control temperature as there is no led lighting on when turned on? I've tried everything but to no avail, so, need help for proper function
Answer:	Return it! We've had 3 go bad on us. Will not buy again.
Question:	How is it that that charger stopped working on both of my mugs after three weeks? Do you replace chargers
Answer:	Return this item immediately. There is no solution or a fix. Ours failed two months after purchase. We had to work with Amazon to permit the return after the 30 day return window.
