Answer:	No, there isn't enough room for a straw. The snap-seal lid works by raising and lowering a stopper inside the cup and although there's plenty of room for your beverage of choice to come out, that stopper would be in the way.

Answer:	Easy clean lid is better but 1st seals used by mfg. squeaks when you go to drink. Don't know if mfg. changed to seals which don't squeak. Heat check.

- Careful! Your freshly brewed coffee might be very hot. Let it cool down with the lid off for a few minutes before attaching the lid and heading out the door, and keep the hot coffee out of the reach of children (kids shouldn't drink coffee anyway).

How to use Autoseal.

-To sip your drink, press the Autoseal button with your travel mug in an upright position. Then, holding the button down, tilt the mug to take a drink (that releases any built-up pressure). Savor the sweet taste of caffeine, then release the button for it to automatically seal. Easy, right?

Do's and don'ts.

-Your Autoseal lid opens whenever the button is pressed — whether it's you pressing the button or a loose pen in your backpack. Avoid accidental spills by keeping the Autoseal button free and clear of other objects. We don't recommend carrying filled travel mugs in your bag while on-the-go (it's safer for your cell phone this way). Finally, keep your travel mug out of the microwave and the freezer.

Clean up.

Question:	Can i use this to add fruit products to my water? Such as strawberries, cucumbers, etc
Answer:	Yes; the top screws off to give you a larger opening to add things. I would just be sure to cut the fruit into small enough chunks so that when it comes time to empty it, pieces don’t get stuck in your water bottle. Just FYI, the fruit will be free floating as they do not have anything to put it in. (Some water bottles have special baskets to put fruit in.)

Question:	What material is the drip cup made of? Is it safe to drink from, if I wanted to use it as a cup
Answer:	I assume the material is safe, but I wouldn't recommend drinking from it, because it is very small...its measure is not even one cup.
Question:	how many tablespoons of tea fit in this? is it large enough to hold enough tea leaves (taste/potency-wise) for the 24oz contigo travel mug
Answer:	I actually fill it half full as the dry leaves expand so much. I use mine with the large mug also. The infused hold plenty enough for it.
Question:	can this be used with the autoseal lids on the older mugs before they were called 'west loop' ? My lid looks the same but the mug is a few years old
Answer:	I initially thought it would not work and actually got a new Westloop specifically to use it with this infuser. To my surprise, the infuser worked very well with the ASIN:B00C5D1A2W old, pre-Westloop Contigo mug I had.
Question:	Can the infuser stay in the mug while drinking? Or does it HAVE to be removed before tea consumption

Using Your Stainless Steel Tea Infuser

What's Inside – The infuser comes with 3 detachable parts: the stainless steel basket, the mug clip which securely snaps into any West Loop lid, and the blue drip cup that makes transporting easy once steeping is complete.

Tea Time – Ideal for both loose leaf (5 - 7 grams of loose leaf tea is ideal) and bagged tea.

How To – Pour tea into the basket, screw on the black mug clip and then pop the clip into your favorite West Loop lid. After the water in your mug as cooled for at least 3 minutes, screw in the tea infuser and start steeping.

Steeping Rules – It's totally up to you, but we recommend about 1.5 - 2 minutes of steeping (simply adjust depending on your flavor preference). After it's complete, simply pop it into the blue drip cup for easy transport.

Clean Up – This stainless steel tea infuser and all accompanying parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.
