Question:	Where can I buy the power supply cord, it does not come in the box
Answer:	One thing to keep in mind is dishwashers need a certain amount of hot water to start out with because if the dishwasher has to heat it's own water, it can cause the wash cycle to take longer until the water reaches temperature. If you have a gas water heater, it would be cheaper to let the water heater heat the water because it would cost a lot more electric for the 1500 watt heating element to heat up the cold water. Especially if your in a cold climate when the water gets extra cold. And remember, depending on the cycle, it fills up several times which means each time it's going to have to heat that water all over again causing more and more power from the heating element. If you have a gas water heater, it would be cheaper to let the water heater supply the hot water. The heating element may need to heat it u the rest of the way. But it will take less time to get there depending on how hot you have your water heater set to.

Answer:	The cabinet is handily pre-drilled to attach included shelves. Put your heaviest items on the bottom if you're going to add more weight above.. that would be my advice. I've had no trouble with my shelves holding everything stored, arranged light to heavy weight top to bottom.

Answer:	Very. The only noise you will really hear is the water being discharged during wash and rinse cycles. Other than that, very quiet!

Answer:	Yes. It comes with hoses for intake and discharge, plus an adapter that fits most kitchen faucets that you attach the hose mechanism to.

Answer:	You can buy a 5ft 3 wire extension cord from wal mart or similar. Cut off female end of plug, strip back cord covering exposing the 3 wires. Strip wire ends and connect white to white, black to black and green to green inside the small electrical junction box on the front bottom right side of the appliance. Then plug it in. Appliance is made to be hard wired but installing a cord is not a difficult job. All tools and supplies can be purchased at wal mart or home store. I just unwired the cord from my old dishwasher and put it on this one. This machine is great and cleans like none other also very quiet.

Question:	Can someone please clarify measurements? The description says 21x18x6 but in the comments someone says its 19x8x
Answer:	This plastic bottle holder is perfect for my 8 oz. bottles. Because it is open in the back, I can get 2 bottles in one slot with them extending over a little bit and you can stack more bottles on top of the bottles in the top slots. It holds 16 of my 8 oz. bottles and probably would do the same for 10 or 12 oz. bottles.
Question:	Would this work for holding baby bottles? The widest ones I have measure about 9.5 inches circumference around the widest part
Answer:	The EdgeStar only has one lower spray arm - but it still washes the dishes well. The standard wash cycle runs for 150 minutes - which is 2 1/2 hours - the EdgeStar goes through multiple wash and rinse cycles during this long cycle - resulting in very clean dishes. The EdgeStar has shorter wash cycles, but the recommended cycle is 2 1/2 hours.

Question:	Can these be stored and used vertically in a drawer? The product will fit in the drawer but I’m wondering if it will stay together
Answer:	it comes with an easy connection to faucet clic in & out in 1sec. . i would not connect it direct to fresh water, the pressure at long term may cause leaks... plus if you connect to faucet you give the machine hot water directly and dont need to heat it! but yes, you can do that!
