Answer:	Yes, it’s from too much water pressure from the sprayer causing water to pass behind the hardened wax from the initial sprays. Use a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide & H2O. Use as little pressure on the sprayer as possible to slowly-very slowly- loosen the wax. Eventually the wax will soften & dislodge from the ear canal. But, if you are experiencing pain- See your physician ASAP!!

Answer:	Some patients need an entire bottle per ear, while others only need half a bottle on each ear. It really depends on each patients situation. Hydrogen peroxide definitely helps also. If you are finding that excess water is still in your ear you probably have a more severe blockage. Unfortunately our product does not work 100% of the time. In that case you should visit an ENT and they will use a professional suction tool to get the blockage out.
