Question:	I am 5'3" tall. I like to carry my grocery bags with straight arms. Will these drag on - or even touch - the ground when I am using them
Answer:	The distance from the top of the handle to the bottom of the bag is 21 inches. Measure the distance from your closed hand to the floor. If the distance is more than 21 inches then your answer is yes, they will touch the ground. I like my bags but I have to remind the bagger to not fill them so full since they hold so much and can be quite heavy.

Answer:	To me, they feel a little more like plastic than fabric (since they are made from recycled plastic water bottles), but with the material being woven you can't hardly tell the difference. They are waterproof.

Answer:	Well, they are woven plastic sewn together and fairly large with a stiffer which folds down to cover the bottom. I would not machine wash mine only because I don't think it would be necessary. I would clean out small spills with a wet cloth. I would clean out big spills with a garden hose and then hang the bag to dry.

Answer:	Yes they are, and they are very sturdy and we'll made. This is by far my favorite reusable bag system ever.

Answer:	I'm not sure exactly how many pounds, but they are very durable and can carry many cans of canned food (easily carries 8 cans). I have not had any tear.

Answer:	I don't think so as the base of the bag is a piece of stiffened board covered with material. You can certainly wipe down with a damp cloth with a little Dawn and then wipe with damp cloth. Hope this helps. I really like these bags. When not being used, they are folded and put in a box in the back of my Subaru Outback. I use them several times a week and they are not dirty yet.
Question:	What is "canvas like material
Answer:	It’s similar to a tote bag, has a textured feel.the inside has a reflective lining. It does not have a hard board like material between the outer “canvas like” material and the reflective lining. It does seem very durable ( only had a couple of weeks) but holds quite a bit of groceries and very easy to fill and carry. Does have a hard board reflective covered piece that easily lays in bottom and stands up so bag can be folded and stored. This piece also allows the bag to become a box so it stands open for filling and prevents sagging when carrying. The straps are comfortable on your shoulder. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I consider these to be heavy duty bags. My husband carries large whole watermelons from the car to the house in them and they hold up just fine. Quality fabric, sturdy straps, and reinforced bottoms make a great product.

Answer:	Yes, they are plastic. The whole bag is plastic. They are not recyclable, not "earth friendly". The description says "Fabric", but remember, fabric can be PLASTIC, like nylon, polyester, acrylic. You will notice how the manufacturer avoids answering the question, and never mentions the actual material used. Another clue, 150 GSM . GSM is grams per square meter, is a descriptor for all fabrics when used for commercial manufacturing, most often used for the weight of plastic fabrics, because you cannot describe plastic fabric as threads-per-inch like you do for cotton and linen, etc..
