Answer:	The actual label says China. You can get these same items at Meijer for the same price as Amazon. I would have gotten them at my local store (Meijer), but it was for my husband and the store only had bags for girls.
Question:	Does it have a small pocket for non lunch items? (like headphones, train pass, etc
Answer:	Nope. No pockets anywhere. That, to me, is a major design flaw. Check out my review I posted yesterday, for more info. :)
Question:	Is it possible to clean the fabric outside the bag? How
Answer:	My kids seem to leave about half of their lunches inside their pack-its, so I have to wipe the inside out every day. I'll admit that I'm not great at cleaning the outside all the time, so it really doesn't get any attention at all. These do start to smell a bit like a sweaty elementary-aged child after a while, so when that happens I do a deep clean in my sink with water and dish soap. I submerge the whole thing and scrub it and it's gross how much dirt comes out! It takes forever to get the soap all out, which is the biggest headache with these as far as I'm concerned, but it hasn't stopped me from buying these over the past five years or so.
Question:	Does the front flap have gel inside of it? I'm wondering about embroidering a name on it or maybe an iron on
Answer:	There is no gel in the flap, there is however what seems to be a thin layer of foam inside of the flap.

Answer:	I was disappointed in the size. It looked large, but I don't think you could carry two full lunches. Maybe one lunch and a snack. Donot like the way the flap and straps are designed. Not going to send it back but I regret buying it.
Question:	Can this be carried cross body? is the strap long enough for that and then to sit reasonably at the hip area? though, i am only 5'2". thanks
Answer:	Yes it can. I am 5'6", and if I adjust it all the way it hits at my hip. But it can be adjusted for your height. So I think it would be fine for you.
Question:	What happens to the bag it if is left folded in the freezer for a week or fortnight? Does it get damaged? Will it be too stiff to open and use
Answer:	All that will happen if you leave the bag in the freezer for X amount of time is it will be ready for you to use when you need it. It won't damage it nor will it be too stiff to open and use. I found this out last summer when I was on vacation for two weeks. I have no doubt it will remain ready even if it stays in the freezer even longer. Bon appetit.
Question:	Do the contents get wet when it starts to defrost
Answer:	I can tell you that only the bottom of the pack gets wet. If you have items in plastic containers or in ziploc bags, it should not affect your food. F.Y.I., It does not stay cool for very long during the day. I still use a Freeze It pack at the bottom of mine.

Question:	Will this hold 2 standard 16 oz plastic soda bottles
Answer:	I don’t have soda bottles, but ai was able to put 2 Aquafina water bottles. But they are the thin bottles from the 24 pack, which are different than the thicker ones from the liquor/ gas station. You also have to consider that the bottom sides freeze so it makes the bottom thicker/ smaller. Is the bag is not frozen, sticking something in there is easier. I hope this makes sense and that it helps. I honestly dont see two bottles of soda fitting in here. I was able to fit two cans of coke.

Answer:	Yes. I just went through this for the 40oz Thermoflasks I purchased at Costco. The straw lids are not sold by ThermoFlask directly (on their website) but it is sold by their manufacturer, Takeya, for $10. Www.takeyausa.com

Answer:	Good question! The leak-proof straw lid will keep your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12. It is not insulated.
Question:	About how many bags of breastmilk can the deluxe bag hold
Answer:	I had ordered a couple different 24oz pictured with chug lids, but I received straw lids. What I have eventually purchased was a 24 oz with both lids, to make sure I got the Chug lid! So ask your questions to make sure you're getting the right product :-)

Answer:	It's about the size around of a 16 oz plastic bottle of soda, but taller. It fits in my cup holder of my car. Don't think the larger one would. Answer:	The sides and the flap don’t have the gel. The bottom, front and back do.

Answer:	I'm not familiar with that brand, but in terms of snack size ziploc bags, I'd say you could fit 15. Probably more but I'm being conservative.
Question:	how many gel sides are there? Seems there are only 4, 2 on one side, 1 on the upper part of the other side and one on the bottom. Should there be
Answer:	It depends on what size bags you are talking about. I would say it should fit at least 3 big (6 oz. bags)

Answer:	All that will happen if you leave the bag in the freezer for X amount of time is it will be ready for you to use when you need it. It won't damage it nor will it be too stiff to open and use. Answer:	The problem I have is getting it to freeze once it is thawed out. I have set my freezer to the lowest setting possible and it takes over 12 hours to get the bag to freeze. So if I pack my kids lunch at 6:40 AM it stays frozen till way after 4 PM. The problem comes if I forget to put the stupid bag in the freezer before 6PM it won't be frozen in the morning. It takes longer then 12 hours to freeze. I have bought 2 bags because of this issue. Also if your kid leaves say an half empty yogurt in it over the weekend you'll never get the smell out.

Answer:	No just 1
Question:	Do I refrigerate wine first
Answer:	I think the width of a package like the lunchable might be a problem. Maybe if you turned it sideways? It can fit a fair amount but the items have to be small (cheese stick, yogurt tube, small container with something etc) and not in large packaging. I use the Konserve stainless steel containers and it will fit the small ones but not the bigger ones.
Question:	Does it fit baby bottles
Answer:	It is insulated and one side of it has a freezer pack built in.
Question:	What happens if I don't freeze it and put cold bottles in it
Answer:	I bought this for my medication that has to be refrigerated, for when I travel. I would say that the sandwich yes, but the chips might be squashed. Not sure.

Question:	Are the dimensions mentioned 8.8 x 6 x 10.2 inches inside dimentions? Will I be able to fit a 10.2" long lunch box in it
Answer:	Hello! The divider is not removable, but it is attached to one side of the bag so that it can be folded to the back wall of the bag if you would prefer not to use it. -The PackIt Team
Question:	Is this insulated enough so when it’s not frozen warm food put in it stays warm
Answer:	I always keep my wine refrigerated, but, I don’t think you would have to...the entire bag freezes and should chill the bottle fairly quickly. I took mine out of the freezer, put a cold bottle of white wine in and went to a restaurant that was about a 25 minutes drive. The wine was very cold when I reached the restaurant. FYI - By the time the meal was over, the outside of the bag had become soft and felt moist. The inside of the bag was still very cold, though.
Question:	Can you use without freezing
Answer:	It is designed to hold It two wine bottles. I use it for glass water bottles. You could fit at least 3 if not 4 baby bottles in it

Answer:	I would imagine the bottles would not stay cold as long than had you did freeze it. I have never tried that. I just always keep mine in the freezer
