Answer:	These bags are not machine washable. The bags have recycled cardboard on the sides that give the bags their rigid structure when open. The best way to clean these bags is to wipe them down with a wet cloth with a small amount of dish soap or a mild disinfectant.

Answer:	I don't know the answer to that...I have had mine for a long time and the original packaging has been tossed long ago. I will say that they are great. Well-constructed, very handy! I am glad that I purchased them!

Question:	Will these keep food warm for 3-4 hours
Answer:	Filled to total capacity, this water bottle holds sixty-four ounces. It should be noted that this amount will cause the bottle to be bulky and may not serve the purpose intended. I use mine to heat a pet bed for foster kittens and do not want it to bulge. I fill it to half capacity. I would also like to state that the bottle measures, below the neck, approximately seven and one-half inches wide, by ten and a half inches long. I really need two to line the bottom of the pet bed. I have not been able to find the larger water bottles of my youth. This product works well in terms of heat retention. I simply wish it was larger.
Question:	Will these keep frozen food frozen in a car when it’s 95degrees out? If so, for how long
Answer:	There’s a warning printed on the bottle that says no boiling water but it looks like others have used near boiling from the kettle. I’m a bit skeptical though because of the warning!

Answer:	Mine smells so strong that it makes me nauseous. I’m not overly sensitive to smells, but the past two times I used it I started to feel sick — and the only common factor is the overpowering water bottle smell. I would recommend against purchasing if you are concerned about odor.

It's Very Large!

Answer:	I don't think so as the base of the bag is a piece of stiffened board covered with material. You can certainly wipe down with a damp cloth with a little Dawn and then wipe with damp cloth. Hope this helps. I really like these bags. When not being used, they are folded and put in a box in the back of my Subaru Outback. I use them several times a week and they are not dirty yet.
Question:	What is "canvas like material
Answer:	It’s similar to a tote bag, has a textured feel.the inside has a reflective lining. It does not have a hard board like material between the outer “canvas like” material and the reflective lining. It does seem very durable ( only had a couple of weeks) but holds quite a bit of groceries and very easy to fill and carry. Does have a hard board reflective covered piece that easily lays in bottom and stands up so bag can be folded and stored. This piece also allows the bag to become a box so it stands open for filling and prevents sagging when carrying. The straps are comfortable on your shoulder. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I consider these to be heavy duty bags. My husband carries large whole watermelons from the car to the house in them and they hold up just fine. Quality fabric, sturdy straps, and reinforced bottoms make a great product.

The description says "Fabric", but remember, fabric can be PLASTIC, like nylon, polyester, acrylic. You will notice how the manufacturer avoids answering the question, and never mentions the actual material used. Another clue, 150 GSM . GSM is grams per square meter, is a descriptor for all fabrics when used for commercial manufacturing, most often used for the weight of plastic fabrics, because you cannot describe plastic fabric as threads-per-inch like you do for cotton and linen, etc..

Question:	Are all three the same size? The picture looks like they are different sizes
Answer:	They are all the same size. Large enough to hold a good amount of stuff but not so large as to make it impossible to carry a full load. I have about 10 of these totes. I love them and so do the grocery market baggers!
Question:	How many plastic bags would you say one of these replace? I want to make sure I order enough
Answer:	I would say at least three full plastic bags. When I take them for grocery shopping, I don’t take plastic bags. I just put all in the big bag. There is also handles on each end on the outside to help with the weight. There is a strong insert for the bottom to keep the bag flat. Very easy to fold up for storage.
Question:	Are these washable
Answer:	They are not machine washable, but I regularly hand wash mine by wiping them down with a damp/soapy cloth and antibacterial wipes or DIY sanitizing cleanser. They are very sturdy and I absolutely love them.
Question:	Do you think they would hold 2 paper shopping bags or just one?I deliver groceries as a second job and I need them to hold 2 paper grocery bags
Answer:	They're very sturdy. But I don't think they would hold two paper bags. They would more than likely hold three or four plastic bags. But they're not wide enough for two paper bags, but they're very good bags. I recommend them and they come in a set of 3.

Answer:	They stay flat when folded.
Question:	How long are straps
Answer:	Measured from top edge of box to point of strap is 12”, which is just barely long enough to put on my shoulder (I’m on the smaller side) and short enough to carry in my hand without dragging on the ground. These are great for loading things into my car but I wouldn’t choose them if I was walking or taking a bus.
Question:	How much weight can these hold
Answer:	I would say they hold at least 15 pounds. I had milk, flour, and cans in one and it was heavy but handled the weight.

Answer:	No they will not hold ice without leaking. The bottom is a flat piece of super thick cardboard-like item so I’d be worried about the integrity of the bottom once it got wet. You could throw an ice pack in there but even then I’d be worried

Question:	Are these bags hand washable? Not just spot clean, put in a sink with soapy water
Answer:	I have only spot cleaned the bags. They don’t appear washable to me. I’m afraid they will lose their stiffness if I wash them. I am not using reusable bags at this time. I prefer the new store bags during the crisis. Don’t want to bring anything but groceries from the store.
Question:	How many pounds does each bag hold
Answer:	They could easily hold 10 pounds of groceries. I haven’t tried anything heavier. The manufacturer may know. Very well made. I use two for groceries and another for beach items.

Answer:	If you mean in a washing machine, I would say no since they are rigid when flat.
