Question:	Wondering if anyone has found a good bag to put the bentgo box in to hold an ice pack, utensils ect. The bentgo bag does not work
Answer:	The BentGo box fits great in the Bentology lunch bags. I purchased slim freezer packs and they fit perfectly with the BentGo and the Bentology bag has a pouch for juice/milk cartons. I have also been able to fit small extra snacks alongside the BentGo (ie yogurt pouches, jerky sticks, or fruit snacks) in the Bentology bag.

Answer:	We use our hot dog steamer at our Cafe and we had 80 hot dogs at one time, it might take about 30 minutes to warn up the hot dogs once the steamer is ready. About the hot dog buns, never tried putting them wraped up in it, it takes about two minutes and you better get them out or they will get soggy. So load up the buns as you start to serve, you should have the next batch ready by the time you served the first one. We turn the heat down if the hot dogs are going to stay longer then one hour or they will over cook. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The non-thermos sections are double walled with air insulation in between. It'll keep food cool + fresh, but not cold. For really cold food, we suggest dropping in a small ice pack.

Answer:	As others have stated, it is designed to be used without a bag, however, I just use a basic flat insulated zippered kids lunch bag that can be found at most big box stores, Target and Walmart for example. Sorry that I can't insert a photo here. I'd suggest going to the omielife.com website for dimensions and I know that I've seen a few lunch bags here on Amazon that would work.

Answer:	I had the rightpack expressions black and white striped with the black suede and I washed it. It cleaned up well and was perfectly fine after. I wouldn't wash unless it was really dirty though because the bottom is a suede material.

Answer:	Hello, I purchased one of each bentgo boxes and they all fit in the lunch bag with about 2 inches in the side to spare. I’m able to fit some smaller items on top, but again not much room to spare. Luckily the drink can go on the side

Answer:	Pretty much any water bottle fits in the side. It has an adjustable cinching cord at the top of the water bottle pouch. That said, a very tall water bottle would be awkward. A 16-inch water bottle fits perfectly, whereas my very tall filtering water bottle is much taller than the lunch box, although it does fit.

Answer:	Not that I am aware of. I had one of the little tabs that helps lift the lid off break too. So far it is still easy to get off. I would recommend just hand washing the containers, I noticed on my first batch that they cracked easier if I used the dishwasher.
