Question:	how hot does it get
Answer:	Heating plate at the bottom was hot over 150 degrees. After heating my leftovers from the refrigerator in two different lunch boxes ( I bought at the same time), food not touching the bottom was still cold. Heat doesn’t radiates to the top of container inside, the food in the other lunch box was piping hot and ready within 40 min and maybe even less and food in this one was barely warm. Hope this will help. Didn’t use again will return so don’t know how long it will take to get food hot. Maybe over two hrs.

Answer:	Hello...i never really had the need to add any water. I know that the direction said to add water, but ive been using it for awhile now nad never added any water. Although, i never go longer than 30 min when warming up my food. 30 min is perfect for me.

Answer:	I have no idea I imagine the food would dry up and possibly begin to burn. At work I have plugged in stew to eat at lunch in the morning.
