Question:	Where is it made
Answer:	I obviously don't check my eMail very often ... sorry it took so long. I have it running on Win7. I don't have any PC's with Win10, so I can't really answer this. I don't know if Win10 has a compatibility mode for previous versions.
Question:	how do i clean the outside
Answer:	The USB worked with my galaxy s8+. The monitor works with any true USB C port. Since note 9 has a true C you should be good. The monitor will not work with an adapter trying to create a USB C from another USB type.
Question:	Is this bag machine washable
Answer:	I am not sure about this. If I use a wall socket for the second screen USB, I have success.
