Given the cost I dont do my whole body often maybe once a month but to save a little product and money when I do use it on my whole, body face to toes, I have so prep steps to help the product. I like to use a body scrub first all over to get dead skin off that way then i rinse that off in the shower. Next I make sure I am completely dry and I begin at my face and work my way down my whole body. You do use a lot of product because you will see some of your body parts have a lot of dead skin as I mostly exfloliate my face more then my body. Something I am working. But it works everywhere. So if you have dry patches this is good to use this apply moisturizer/lotion and you will notice the difference. I have not used it on my armpits but it worked great on my neck, upper arms where i have keratosis marks and knees which are dark from sports. My mom has used it on her feet. I would imagine that it would help you get the dead skin off your armpits but it is not a bleaching cream or anything. More so helps to fade scars or remove the dead skin where you dark patches.

Answer:	The 24 pack will hold 24 -12 oz cans plus 14 lbs. of ice. The 48 pack will hold 48-12 oz. cans plus 20 lbs. of ice. You can fit 16 oz. cans in the cooler withe less ice or maybe 4 less cans and the same amount of ice.
