Question:	Is this safe for warming up in toaster ovens
Answer:	Yes and no. It’s metal so it will get very hot, but you can do it (not the lid). You’d want something to use as an oven mitt to protect yourself, but the container itself can handle the heat fine.
Question:	Is this leak proof
Answer:	Yes and no. The separate little compartments allow liquid to flow around since there’s a tiny bit of space between the bottom and walls. The silicone cups that are included are meant for liquids or softer foods you don’t want scooting around the bento box. But over all - the lid does a great job of not allowing things to leak from the box itself

Question:	What are the sizes of the four items
Answer:	I (in error) received the regular (blue) Ab Rocket instead of the twister, so I returned it. I decided not to re-order the twister since the regular Ab Rocket that was delivered was so so flimsy/cheap. Great idea if it were durable, so not worth the price.

Answer:	Yes it is better basically with the ab rocket you sit on it and do the movement of basic crunches with the ab rocket twister it allows to do basic and advance ab crunches and allows you to tone up and tighten you sides by providing you with adjustable notches to move and rotate the seat from side to side while you lift your feet up and in and out also while massaging your back and doing everything the ab rocket does plus more.

Answer:	I do not know...probably China like most products... but I can confirm I've had it for about a year, use it regularly and its still functioning good as new

Answer:	I have not had that issue, the only issue I have had with it it the sticker on the otter ring coming off, no big deal

Takes slightly under 2 cups of food. Large container: 24 fl oz (710 cc) volume, 4.9" diameter, 2.6" height. Takes slightly over 3 cups of food. Question:	Am considering buying for my 4 year old's lunches. If I put yogurt or any type of sauce in the compartment, will it spill into the other sides
