Answer:	This is my first start kit and it’s really good. It doesn’t strain my wrist. I spent 7 hours on my first wire wrapping (I did a complicated one thinking that tackling the difficult ones would help me better) and I had no troubles at all. That says something since I suffer carpal tunnel syndrome most of the time.
