Answer:	I'm not positive, but I believe the storage is considered "sealed" because the bread is stored in the plastic bag it comes in (with top edges wrapped around the outside on the top) with the container top secured. Obviously, if the bag it comes in has holes, there will not be any seal. That's all I can figure out. Note that some of the newer store-bought bread types are not square slices, but often more rectangular - these to not fit in the container. I gave one away and kept but do not use the other.

Question:	Do I need to assemble or it will come with as single piece ready to use
Answer:	It isn’t too hard to put together but it’s not as easy as some other folks have implied. I recommend trying to put all the pieces together without adding any screws first (things should fit perfectly together). I did this and realized that the instructions are incorrect! Piece B needed to be at a different angle than the instructions suggested (good thing I didn’t fasten it yet). Once I understood that problem it was just adding screws to put it together (some of the wood was a little warped so I had to bend it). All the pieces fit together well after that, though

Answer:	It arrives sealed (meaning the wood has been treated with a sealer), and the actual roll top part of it has the bamboo adhered onto a breathable fabric to create the roll top itself which should not be disassembled, and probably should not be due to the damage it would create. IMO, it would be a hassle to stain.

Answer:	I have the 16.5 and it's good for 5lbs of sugar or flour . The 21.1 would probably be your best bet for the brown sugar. Not sure about the powered sugar as it has a different density. 1 pound of granulated sugar contains around 2 ¼ cups. 1 pound of brown sugar (light or dark) contains approximately 2 ⅓ cups when firmly packed. Recipes commonly call for a firmly-packed cup with this. 1 pound of powdered sugar contains around 3 ¾ cups (unsifted). 1 pound of raw cane sugar contains around 2 cups. k

Question:	Will this hold a 2# breach machine loaf
Answer:	No. Unless your loaf is short enough. It’s the perfect size for a normal loaf of bread that you would buy from the store. I bake my bread in a long loaf pan so it fits in this.
