Question:	what are the dimensions of the rack
Answer:	My rack is 14" long (not 15.7" as described elsewhere by another purchaser) and stands nearly 9" tall. When open, the distance between the two top rails is 10.25". Perhaps more importantly, the rack seems to small for many of the items I formerly placed in my old rack (of Japanese maniufacture of wood and blue-plastic coated wires) which, after many years, I tossed out because the wood was rotting the the blue coating was flaking off(the rack was very old). The new rack was a disappointment. I think its main problem is that the opening between the lower and upper portion is too short; the intervals between the smaller wires may also be a bit too small.

Answer:	I just tried with my largest dish, which measures 10.5 inches. It fit easily and well secured. I think the more important measurement is the width of the gap between rack planks. It is approximately 3/8 inch. So, if your dish will fit in that sized width, it should be fine. Of course, if there is excessive weight, I'd be sure to center the dish, or space dishes to balance the distribution of weight. Overall, I'm happy with the functionality of the rack.

Question:	Does it need to be cleaned before use? How do you clean it
Answer:	I always clean everything new before I use it. A light rinsing down and natural drying is what I did.
Question:	Can you seal the bamboo dish rack so it won’t mold
Answer:	I don’t know. I haven’t tried it but it’s worth trying in my opinion. Although I have a little mold on the legs but not too bad
Question:	How do you attach the utensil box
Answer:	The utensil box has 2 small hooks that attach it to the rack, easily removes and adjusts. I love mine and want to get one for my camper. I use a large cookie sheet to drain into.
Question:	How do you catch the drips of water
Answer:	I use a dish mat underneath. I tend to wash the dish mat weekly so it doesn’t get moldy.
