Answer:	No, they won't. I got mine 2 months ago, so far so good. I used the two racks as cabinet racks in my cabinet, with all my spice bottles and some wine glasses on, none of them slide off. Answer:	No. The back is one unit and each of the side pieces is a hinged unit. The shelves are all hinged and lay down on hooks. They can be folded up and the sides folded in for flat storage. Possibly something along the lines of a microwave table would work for your concept. Sometimes they have a bar in back to keep the microwave from sliding backward and that can be removed. Good luck.

Question:	How much weight can each shelf hold
Answer:	Since they are not dishwasher safe I typically use a soapy sponge to wipe each inside wall, rinse well and then place over an upside down glass to dry. If something is crusty in there, I will put soap and water in the bag, seal it and let it soak before washing with the sponge. I was dreading the hand washing, but it truly is pretty easy because the material is very easy to wipe clean.

Answer:	I purchased a 7" and a 10" for Sous Vide. I agree with the other comment that it is difficult to get all of the air out with these. With ziplock bags, the bag molds itself to the food as you submerge it under the water. The Sasher bags are too thick for that. So the only way I see them working is if you put something metal in the bag to weigh it down. Don't plan on trying to use it with Sous Vide again.
