Answer:	It depends on how much room you have above your garage door. The distance from the ceiling to the top of the kayak is about 22". The distance from the ceiling to the bottom of my kayak is about 36"

Answer:	Yes it will. To be honest it probably be overkill it can lift up to 100lbs. It probably could do two power wheels if you could make something or do plywood.

Answer:	Yes, I believe it will work for your cargo box. When calculating the suspended height you would have to add considerable depth (12 to 14 inches) from the ceiling down to top of your box to provide for the straps, hooks and pulleys.

Question:	The bottom frame keeps unlocking and the basket is broken. How can I get those replaced
Answer:	My pantry door is approximately 95". I hung the racks over the door using the hooks both because I wanted the extra stability and because at that height, I find them rather unobtrusive from the outside. With all three sets installed (the lower 2 screwed into the door), the bottom basket is about 19" from the floor, which works well for me. I've been happy with these.
Question:	What is the depth of this? Want to see if the door can still close with this on
Answer:	Extra shelves can be purchased. The link given above didn't work for me (for technical reasons). Go to the Closetmaid site and look under Kitchen and Pantry Storage | Replacement Parts | 8 Tier Rack Parts | Extra Basket. You might be able to find on Amazon. The SKU for 17 inch width is 9385600, which fits the 123300 rack (Amazon drops the last two zeroes for some reason).
Question:	Can this be installed over the wall
Answer:	There are a total of 8 baskets per package. The baskets are 17" wide x 4.5" deep (out from wall), and there were 4 with a height of 3", 4 baskets with a height of 2" There are 4 added single-wire support brackets that can be added above the regular baskets to effectively make them all capable of holding much deeper items than 2 or 3 inches.No, a standard DVD or CD case does not fit or sit well in these baskets.Hope that helps.
Question:	What's the maximum thickness of the door that the hooks can fit over
Answer:	I did not screw mine into the door and it works just great. I did zip tie over the bracket joints, but other than that I just hung it over the door.

Answer:	All of the shelves are the same depth. I just measured and they are 5 1/2” including the mounting bar/bracket. Hope this helps. This has been a life saver for me. I have a small kitchen and this gave me lots of extra space. And, this 70 year old installed it herself!

Answer:	The shelves are 7.5" apart. The open area between the upper rim of the lower shelf and the bottom of the upper shelf is 5".

Answer:	I bought a 2 and a 3 tier wall shelf not a 4. The 3 is 18 5/8 widefrom side to side. The shelves are 17 inches wide.

Answer:	The shelves are about 1/16 too short at the tallest part (the back) but a slight angling of the spice container will work. Also, shelves are adjustable if you only need one of them for tall container.

Question:	Could I use this for storing plastic or tupperware lids
Answer:	Hi John, I have mine set at 5 feet. It can be slightly longer, depending on how you set up the plastic chain links. I have to admit this product was a disappointment and took longer than anticipated to assemble. You definitely need to secure the sides to the door - my door is hollow so it required mounting designed for this type of door. Also, don't buy if you plan to put heavy items in the baskets. Question:	Love the thing but it did not come with the hooks to hang them. Do I need to return to get them
Answer:	I used small screws in the holes provided in the unit. I am using this in a RV inside the door where my washer and dryer are located and it has done great. We have traveled about 4000 miles since I installed this unit and it has been full the whole time with not the first problem. I put all of my spices, crackers, nuts, chips, and the heavy items are peanut butter, syrup, and cooking oil

Answer:	They don't have a back. Mine is heavy enough with things on the shelves that it doesn't move much. I also have a lever handle on my pantry door and it its behind it so does keep it from moving away from the door so things don't fall behind. I can't imagine it moving away from the door enough for things to fall out behind anyway. Over all I am pretty satisfied, but really it doesn't hold a lot, but does help organize some smaller things, like seasonings pudding boxes, etc.

Answer:	The deeper baskets are 14" wide in the front and 16" wide in the back, and the shallow baskets are 15" wide. The deeper ones are 7" from front to back and the shallow ones are 4" from front to back. The larger ones are 5" deep and the smaller are 2" deep. Hope this helps...I could have used this info when I bought mine, but I lucked out and it fits beautifully on the inside of my pantry door.

Question:	It came 2 set/package? does it have mounting screw include
Answer:	1. If I understand "deep", it doesn't matter as you screw assembly to face of door. 2. 5 1/4" (close to accurate)(if you have bifocals you understand close) 3. Adustable to some extent. I installed two of these and here's the spacing I used on one. 2nd shelf from top - 10"/3rd from 2nd - 8"/4th from 3rd - 10"/5th from 4th - 11"/6th from 5th - 12"/7th from 6th - 14" Hope this helps. We really expanded our pantry storage with these.
Question:	How wide must the cabinet door be/how much clearance is necessary for the product to clear when the door is swung
Answer:	The rails are in 4 separate sections that can be linked together or secured separately. We used 3 on our pantry door and the 4th on a linen closet door.
Question:	how long are the screws
Answer:	Follow instructions the right track and left track have to be level on top, which makes it level on the bottom, spaced on the door the proper distance as shelf hooks that go into the slots are. This is a very easy product to install with basic trade skill, it took me 10 min. to install and space shelves. I did not use packing screws I used 1/2" drywall screws because it was easier that the screws with the package. This is a top quality product and it holds a ton of product.
Question:	What is the weight capacity for this shelf
Answer:	Hi Ysabel, You mount the side rails 24" On Center which nets 23" inside. The trays are 5-1/4 deep. They are actually very sturdy and mine are full of cannned goods. I mounted mine 10" off the floor so that I can store boxed goods under them. Each unit comes with 8 shelves and I can store 14 regular size soup or vegetable cans per shelf. I hope this helps. FAH

Answer:	yes, it come 2 set/Package. Include 5 mounting long screw for wall. For cabinet.just use Regular standard screw can fit.
Question:	what are the 3M double coated sticky’s for
Answer:	11.7 inch x 4.1 inch x 8.2 inch, the screws are inset so 11.7 inches wide. If your cabinet door is only 12" them it might be too wide, my cabinet doors were 15" and it swings open just fine with plenty of clearance.
Question:	What is the over the door thickness part for this?? Will it fit a 3.5 cm door
Answer:	I don’t remember what was included as I used my own screws. The ones included would have gone thru the front of my cabinet. Just make sure you use the proper length of screw for whatever you are attaching it to and it should be fine. I am very happy with these organizer racks, as it was no problem using my own screws.
Question:	I want to make sure the organizer will fit into the crack gap between the top of the door and frame. How thick is the over-the-door hook
Answer:	Depends on the material it is fastened to. We have ours mounted to solid wood cabinetry, and it supports about 1kg with no problems. Mounting to particle board or a weaker material would reduce the weight capacity.
