Answer:	Yes it could go under a counter, but would need a filler on the bottom to top because it is approximately 3 1/2 in below the countertop

Answer:	Yes there is, mine is in the back and that’s a problem if you want to have it in your cabinets cause once the tray it’s full you have to remove the whole cooler so It’s been turned off ever since

Answer:	My generated some ice on the bump (lowest shelf) when I ran it at around 40F. If it starts melting (when you increase a set temperature), it may start melting and the water will be on your carpet. If you keep it at 56F (max set temperature) as you should for red wine, you may not have this problem.

Answer:	The simple answer: you really can’t unless you stack 5-6 in each row which is so tight that it’d be difficult to get one or two out. I removed the bottom two racks to be able to store opened wine with stoppers. I have five large bottles standing up. I then can store about 25 bottles laying down.

Answer:	Have you taken the back off the unit and cleaned the fan motor and heatsink of any dust/ dirt? How many inches of clearance did the wine have around the back and sides of the unit where it was operating? We recommend unplugging the unit cleaning and leaving the door open for 1 to 2 days so that the interior of the unit may completely dry out and then plug it in and see how it functions. If you tried all of the above and it’s still beeping and there has been no damage to the touch control there may have some damage to the circuit board on the back of the unit.
