Answer:	Yes- the edges are rolled. I was wanting to avoid a rolled edge and ordered the plates based on this answered question but when they arrived the edge is most definitely rolled.

Answer:	The name plate can be removed. It’s a metal ‘sticker,’ but once it’s been pried up it’s pretty easy to pull off. The stainless steel rack is raised where the plate sits, so it doesn’t give a smooth surface once removed.

Answer:	Hello, The textured bag material absolutely will work great with your FoodSaver machine. It's a thicker, commercial grade MIL than what FoodSaver sells, so they are more puncture resistant and have a lower oxygen transmission rate. FoodSaver designs their roll compartment to only hold 20' rolls, so these rolls will not fit in the storage compartment because they're 50' long. What my customers do is unroll half the length and put that in the storage compartment, and when that's gone, they put the other half in. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. Answer:	Yes, but be sure to use the vacuum seal type bags/rolls. Other plastics may not seal well, hold up well in the sous vide bath, or may give off noxious or toxic gases while cooking.

Answer:	No. For the roll of bags you would use scissors to cut to the size you need.
