Answer:	Absolutely does. They DO NOT honor it. They sent me defective plastic bucket. They knew it because they said some of their shipments were defective and they’d ship me one at no charge. Answer:	We have found when you use Just ice cubes it’s more course like snocone ice but if you use blocks of ice (we froze small round containers of water) it’s more like the “fluffy” “snow” like ice.

Answer:	It can be messy if you go to fast. It doesn't have a spout, so therefore can splatter, but it is not a professional machine and for the cost, you can't expect it to work as such. I wouldn't let anyone but an adult run any of such machines.
