Answer:	I suppose you could but you’d just be changing the foil all the time. They are made out of stainless steel, much better than the steel Weber ones so they can be easily cleaned. I am very happy with mine.

Answer:	Yes, had of quality as, still really happy with them after 2 years, much better than the Webber oem ones
Question:	Can you adjust the pressure of the lid and lock it in place
Answer:	Yes, these fit both the Spirit I & II - change out the grates if desired for stainless steel and you've created your own Genesis, without paying almost twice the cost of your Spirit model (the only major difference from a Genesis is those have sear stations, side burners on the LX series, and can have 4 or 6 burners instead of just 2 or 3 along with a slightly different grease management system). IME the Spirit is more value for the $$$ unless folks absolutely need so large a pure grilling area.
Question:	are the plates really not teflon? i know the description says Ceramic, just wondering if anyone that owns it can confirm that its not teflon

Answer:	Not at all. Just go light on oil to crisp breads. Let it cool a little and wipe with a moist paper towel or sponge and it's clean. I LOVE this product!
