Additionally wash the container out good with soap and water using an old rag. I missed this step and needed to spill out my cinnamon and reproach. Answer:	Yes but I don't recommend this product if you are juicing only leafy greens be Because the fibers are not hard enough to break through the pulp ejectuon outlet causing clogs and pulpier juice, and just with regular juicing items the juice is 1/4 pulp. This is more for fruits, if you want a really good juicer that produces little pulp then I recommend the Omega vsj843, there are little to no clogs and the juice is a lot less pulpy and it extracts more juice than this one. Or if you want to do mostly leafy greens I recommend the Omega Nc800.

Question:	How tall is the container with the top leaves folded down? I have an older, smaller microwave
Answer:	I looked at mine and if you are seeing the same thing that I am - the apple seed looking thing is on the parting line that runs from the top of the auger to the bottom.The apple seed looking thing is where the plastic was injected into the mold tooling that produces the auger itself. After the finished part drops out of the mold it will have along piece of plastic hanging off of it. This is cut off flush to the molded finished auger. Where they once connected there will be the defect in the surface - again assuming we are talking about the same thing. The injection point on my auger is the only thing that I could find that might be what you are asking about so without seeing it, that is my best guess as to what you are seeing.

Answer:	This VSJ843QS has a square body. The Q in the model number means it has a square body. The VEJ843RS has a more compact round body. The R in the model number means it has a Round body.
