Answer:	I would not recommend it for slicing bread . Buy a bread slicer or a bread knife. It is a commercial grade meat slicer. It is great for deli meats. or even if you want to make jerky , just make sure your raw meat is partly frozen or very chilled.

Answer:	The board is hard plastic. Well I like it. To me its sturdy enough. I like it how it has a measurement on it & I've cut meat's, cheese's & fruit's on it with no problem. The blade is REALLY sharp.
Question:	How thin can you cut softer cheeses
Answer:	Actually it doesn't cut the hard cheese right either. The blade is so fat that it pushes the slice way out from the block as it slices and it crumbles, breaking apart. I bought it for cheddar and had to return it. See my video below.

Answer:	I bought this for my elderly father. He has trouble holding knives. He buys these huge blocks 5x5 sharpe cheddar cheese and it works great for him. He can control the thickness of slices easily. It is extremely sharpe though so be careful while cleaning. I sliced my finger while washing the blade. It is still the best cheese slicer we’ve ever had. No wires to break and replace.

Answer:	A little WD40 first and a snug fitting large screw driver. After once removed the screws come out easily.

Answer:	We do a lot of beef jerky. It does slice it raw, but not great. However, it works phenomenally when it's partially frozen.

Answer:	This slicer would probably slice small pieces of frozen meat such as narrow sausage rolls. I mainly use it to slice jerky meat, which I partially thaw before slicing. Two items should be noted about this slicer: (1) the blade must be removed for proper cleaning and (2) the instructions were not written by someone knowledgeable in English.

Our meat slicer was originally designed for cutting frozen meat. However, customer can also use our meat slicer to cut a variety of produces such as refrigerated meat, cooked meat, boneless ham, vegetable, semi- frozen cheese etc. We do not recommend our customer to purchase our frozen meat slicer for bread slicing as bread especially home-made bread are too soft and could crumble during slicing process. We highly recommend our customer to invest in a bread slicing machine for optimal bread slicing result. Question:	Does this only run for 10 minutes
Answer:	The carriage that allows you to feed an item into the slicer pulls out to about a distance of 10 inches between its handle and the surface of the blade. So you could cut something 10 inches in diameter for a 10 inch slice. You could potentially make a longer slice, but then you would have to feed the item in by hand and need to watch your fingers...
Question:	How loud is the motor
Answer:	The 615 is very easy to break down for cleaning. Lol, I have 5 thumbs when it comes to mechanical engineering, and even I have no problems. It's not a complicated piece of equipment. I think it's one of the best designed slicers out there. Especially for the money.

Answer:	I use Quill Standard Staples for use in all standard staplers. I do have to say this stapler is NOT for someone that has hand issues. I love it but it is very hard to staple with.

Answer:	Minor CTS but mostly lack of strength rather than pain. The Sparco isn't difficult to squeeze and is not hard on the hands, though the last bit of "hit", where it actually bends the ends of the staple, does require a bit of firmness. I don't have pain issues, however, so I can't speak from that perspective. I got it mostly because I find it easier to reach and grab the stapler rather than reach over and push down on a stapler, or picking it up and squeezing it with my hands. But someone swiped my Sparco from my desk so I replaced it with the Swingline Optima Reduced Effort stand up stapler and like it far better. Answer:	They're not the "non-stick" like Teflon. In fact, when I first got them, I was afraid they'd be difficult to clean. Not so! Hardly anything sticks. If it does (I still haven't mastered making omelets in the frying pans), a quick soak in soapy water followed by a good hand washing cleans them right up! I'd take these over the more "traditional" non-stick any day. No worries about chemicals leaching out of a treated surface into the food since it's simply metal. Hope this helps!
