Answer:	I would not recommend it for slicing bread . Buy a bread slicer or a bread knife. It is a commercial grade meat slicer. It is great for deli meats. or even if you want to make jerky , just make sure your raw meat is partly frozen or very chilled.

Answer:	It seems very sturdy, whether it will hold up to that quantity of meat I am not sure. I am very pleased with it for the purpose I use it for, which is slicing lunch meats.

Answer:	You can make a 7 inch slice. I make venision chip steak with it and it slices very nice.
Question:	Can you cut Frozen meat
Answer:	I haven't used it on frozen meat yet, but I can imagine after using it on refrigerated meat, it will work well on frozen meat also. You will have to go a little slower and not let it bog down, but I am planning on freezing my sirloin tip roasts before I cut next time to get a more consistent cut for making jerky. I am going to let it thaw a bit first before attempting it.
