Question:	Basically zero instruction about herbs. How do you "chop chives" and not have them fall through the racks?? How about basil? Put the whole sprig
Answer:	Chives are small enough to dry whole then cut to size with a kitchen scissor. Also, there are silicone mesh tray inserts that can be cut to fit. I bought some for my trays and love them. Mine are about 1/2 inch too big for my trays but the mesh is so flexable that the extra fabric goes up the sides a little, which means I can spread food all the way th the edges without small bits going under the mesh.
