You can taste every grain Individually and texture is dry. This machine makes it taste like clouds of moist rice. It's hard to explain but that's the best I can come up with. Answer:	Hello, I would suggest that you purchase a bigger size. This will only cook approximately up to 6 cups/ bowls of rice. If you other questions after this, please feel free to reach out. Jessica G.
Question:	Has anyone tried cooking 1/2 of brown rice in this cooker? or 1/2 cup of white rice
Answer:	Yes. The water ratio was a bit bard to get right. I use 1/2 cup of rice to 2/3 (plus a few tablespoons) of a cup. Because of the small amount, it’s much more sensitive to the amount of water. But it cooks a half cup of rice wonderfully. That’s the reason I bought it also!
Question:	Does this pressure rice cooker make a lot of noise while cooking? Is there a lot of hissing noise during the cooking process
