Answer:	After I use mine I prop it up on it's back and let it drain while it's hot. After a few uses it's never failed to drip oil out the back bottom on the napkin so that shows oil gets into the bottom somehow. Thru the hinge area I would guess as you can see wires inside if you look from the back of the hinge which means it is open to the inside. I worry about the top not heating as that's one of the complaint's I'm starting to hear. .

Answer:	First, I need to know if you are referring to regular waffles or the trending chaffles. I will answer both waffles and chaffles. Waffle batter needs to have oil added to the batter. This allows the batter to crisp on the outside. Also, they need to cook for3 to 4 minutes. Cook too long and they will burn. For chaffles the oil is in the cheese. I simply use 1 egg, beaten well, then add 1/2 cup of cheese. Again mix well. Using 1/4 cup mix put into preheated waffle iron. Cook until light goes off. Chaffle should be lightly crisp. Enjoy! Remember, Chaffles are not made with waffle batter, they don't get as crisp as waffles. You might try putting a bit of cheese on the waffle iron, then put the egg cheese mixture, the a bit more cheese...then bake. These will be crisper because of the additional cheese. If you use a pancake mix, just add oil and bake in the waffle iron. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I just ordered this, opened the packaged and measured. While the box and Amazon say 3/4", the thickness is actually 9/16" thick. (slightly more than 1/2" thick). The product is NOT 3/4" thick.

Answer:	Stuck to the peel? Or to the stone? If to the peel: sprinkling cornmeal, semolina flour, or flour all work, to different extents. You also want your pizza to spend as little time on the peel as possible. Stretch your dough, get it on the peel, top it, and get it in the oven post haste! If it stuck to the stone, then the two most likely issues are that the stone was insufficiently hot, or a hole in the dough allowed toppings to leak through and contact the stone. A stone works by instantly cooking and thus solidifying the bottom layer of the crust upon contact. The stone must be very hot to do this. Crank your oven as high as it will go (usually 500 or 550), and preheat for an hour. This should prevent any sticking so long as only dough touches the stone, (i.e., there are no leaks). Also, at these temperatures, cornmeal directly on the stone is superfluous (and will burn if not in contact with the pizza), and any oil on the stone is unnecessary and will start to smoke. So do not do that.

Answer:	That's normal. It's loose so that it can accommodate different sizes. The top wants to sit nicely on top of whatever you're grilling but not necessarily squish it.

Answer:	Once you finish cooking, unplug the grill then fold a damp paper towel and put it in the grill, it will steam clean itself. When you're done eating just wipe it down with the paper towel! Super easy cleanup. I use mine at least once a day.
