Answer:	Yes it can get warm on the outside but there are many vents on multiple sides, so the heat does dissipate quickly around it. I have it partially under a cupboard which is about 7" higher and it does not heat up the bottom of the cupboard.

Answer:	There are 2 Bake settings: Bake with a fan-like symbol and Bake/pizza. I think the one with the fan-like symbol is the convection setting.

Answer:	The timer lower dial can be rotated clockwise for timer function. In addition, you can turn the oven on by rotating it left, counterclockwise to about 10:00 where it will click in place and the power on light lit. In this mode no timer is activated so watch the time so you do not overcook your food. Hope this helps

Answer:	I bought this a short time back and also use it more than my oven. For guys it cooks fast and healthy because it drains a lot of the oils as it cooks. I don't know how it does it, but you can also cook frozen stuff quick and easy. I line the pan with foil so I don't have to wash it. I also spray the rack to make it easier to wash and soak it in the pan before washing. So, for single guys who it can save a lot of money using it to cook meals instead of eating out. Buy it.

Answer:	My opinion is that the NuWave is light weight, easy to use and easy to clean. I deem it safe for any age but safety has to be practiced while using it.

Answer:	For those of us that understand physics, wood conducts and dissipates heat easily, so keeping this on a wooden table or in a wooden cabinet is absolutely and completely safe. The ignition temp of Wood is around 500 to 650 degrees farenheit. If you have the temp on the oven set to 450, the metal around it will reduce that temp, so unless you have it set to around 700 degrees or so, your cabinets and house are safe.

Answer:	NO! This is a wonderful oven, but it has a lot of drawbacks. First off which is the size. Most full size pans will not fit. I could not find a way to bake both layers of a two layer cake at one time. like a toaster oven you can not use parchment paper . I love this oven and am glad I bought it , but no way would this do everything a regular oven will. It is terrific to complement cooking when you want to bake a pie or side dish when other oven is in use.

Answer:	The NON-STICK COATING on the inside walls does not make contact with your food, or vaporize at high temperatures. It is for ease of clean-up, so not a health problem to even worry about you guys. The racks are chrome plated steel, so no chemicals or non-stick coating there. I would recommend to pre-bake out any impurities or "Temper" the oven by heating it empty at max high temp convection for 1 hr, opening the doors to ventilate every 15 minutes.

Answer:	There are "Warm" and "Broil" buttons, but the manual does not say how to use them. There is no button called "reheat," and the User Manual does not indicate how to use this oven for reheating purposes. My review of March 12, 2015, has photos that show the size difference between a standard "toaster oven" (as the Amazon product page describes it). and this "extra large countertop oven" (as the User Manual describes it).
Question:	Why are dimensions smaller than what is advertised on Amazon? I expected a unit almost 24" wide and was willing to pay extra for size
Answer:	The unit will fit a 16" pizza, but I don't know how you got 24" when the interior chamber dimensions say the width is about 15.75" and the depth is16.36". The entire unit with the control section (and the interior of about 17") is about 21.5" wide. I am sorry you seem disappointed, but my built-in stove top/oven is 24" on the interior -- that would be HUGE for a counter top unit. The returns are easy on Amazon if you're not happy and they will give you a full refund. I LOVE mine and would definitely recommend.

3½ oz. ricotta cheese

2 cups frozen peas, thawed

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut into ¾ inch slices

2 lbs. vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered

4 red bell peppers, seeds removed, cut into small chunks

3 red onions, peeled and cut into quarters

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

6 cups vegetable stock

½ cup thickened cream

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Crusty bread and fresh basil leaves, to serve

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line two baking trays with baking paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, and onions.

3. Add oil, vinegar, and brown sugar. Toss to combine.

5. Bake for 40 minutes or until onions are beginning to caramelize and tomatoes are soft. Allow to cool to room temperature.

2 cups plain flour

2 teaspoons (1 sachet/7g) dried yeast

¾ cup warm water

2 teaspoons olive oil

3. While blending on LOW, gradually add oil and water through the lid. Blend until a ball forms.

Answer:	There is about 9.5 inches between the feet. The entire oven front to back is about 15 inches, so it would fit on a 16 inch shelf. Hope that helps. I love mine. It is a great little over and very easy to use. It does stick out a little in the back so you would need 2 or 3 inch clearance.

Cuisinart Chef’s is an “oven style” air fryer (bigger, holds lots of food, has shelves) versus the “bucket style” air fryer (compact size, doesn’t hold much food, you can only to cook one food item at a time). Chef’s IS an air fryer - but the words “air fryer” were not invented when they started marketing it, which is the sole reason the word “air fryer” is not included in it’s name. This is the absolute best appliance I’ve ever purchased. If you read Cooks Illustrated reviews, Wire cutter reviews, and most other reviews etc. you will find that it is fantastic.
