Answer:	This usually happens if the flat Iron gets overheated when placed in a confined area, or a hole on a salon station while turned on at 450F . The heat travels up the handle to the micro processor and overheats and damages it. Fortunately this Tao is backed by an excellent warranty. Just contact the manufacturer and they will take care of it for you . Hope this help!

Answer:	It will cover a pretty good sized area, provided that you keep the filters clean. I have mine in a room that is about 15' x 20', and it works great.

Answer:	It does not have a light to indicate when it needs to be cleaned, but it's really easy to open and get the filter out. It does help with pet dander...we have a Bulldog and she sheds like crazy...this machine picks up the smallest of junk in the air. We live in Texas and it's naturally dusty . My husband had severe allergies and was sneezing at least 25 times a day....I haven't heard him in over a week. I know when it's time to clean the filter because his eyes water and he sneezes a lot. This has 3 speeds. quick clean, reguar, and whisper clean. I use quick clean after I change the filter and let it run for 30-45 minutes, then I change it to regular for 2-3 days, and then I run it on whisper clean the rest of the time. If it gets really dusty, like when we do yard work , or we cook fish or something that really stinks - I change it to quick clean. You'll be able to figure out a routine that works best for you. Answer:	Hi, I have the HB True Air 04383 Air Purifier and I bought these replacement filters. They do fit. As Kimberly says, you remove the cover on the Purifier and remove the 2 brackets that holds the current filters in place, and replace. The Air Purifier takes 2 filters, even though the replacement filters come in a 3 pack. And to me, these filters are unscented. There is no smell. I have uploaded 2 pics to show you how they fit. Hope this help.

I was in petco and baught a dried chicken foot for a dollar so I baught a package of chicken feet at the grocery store for $1.79 and got 27 feet, I brush honey on them and my dog loves them. Answer:	yes it's non stick. I use it all the time and there is no stick for me.

Answer:	Definitely a good question. I had the same question and issue with the GF grill. I bought this HB Grill and it is great. Great searing and cooks like an outdoor regular grill. Marinate or season your steak however you like it and it will come out perfect. Of course, you won’t have the charcoal flavor if that is what you use for your outdoor grill, but the other flavor, texture and searing will be there. (I personally think it comes out juicier on this grill than the regular outdoor grills). I also found that this HB grill made it easier to get the cooking level you want; for steak; I.e. Medium, Medium Well, Well Done etc.
Question:	the removable grill plate has plug in attached. Is it ok to get that wet when cleaning
Answer:	Yes the booklet says it can be washed, the only thing you can't wash is the base it plugs into. However I don't put mine in the dishwasher and when I wash it I don't let it sit in water. Like my old George Foreman I find its easier to clean if I put wet paper towels on the grills surface while its still hot and shut the lid, this steams off a lot of the baked on marinade I use...

Answer:	I dry vacuum mine about every 2-weeks. I have not washed them. After you have used up all the charcoal benefits I guess you could hand wash them. I think they want you to replace them every 90-days or so but that could get a little expensive.

Question:	do you change all three at the same time
Answer:	The fan was quiet for the first 6 months or so but then it began to sound as if it were off balance. The sound gets better( almost gone)once it warms up. It's a great little oven and I use it everyday. I notice that even though clean it each time, there are stains on the interior from where meat juices have splattered and baked on and I can't seem to get them off (will try oven cleaner). I think the fan may have become lightly coated with these same juices and is now running off balance and that's why its now a bit noisy. You'd have to take the side off the oven to clean the fan blades. I don't think the fan really does all that much so I'll use just the regular bake setting if I don't want to wait for the noise to quiet down.
Question:	How many filters
Answer:	The total height to the top of the handle when open is 14 1/2 inches and depth is 11 inches measuring the outside of the unit. That said....this is the best toaster oven out of 4 or 5 I've had over the past 3 years.

Answer:	Looks like it is 14.25" from surface to handle. You might want to add more room for your fingers to grab the handle, but you don't have to. You can grab the handle palm up, reaching through it without need for extra clearance.

Answer:	Yes it is a toaster oven therefore there is radiate heat. The top and sides get hot to the touch and can melt a plastic bag if left on top. It is not excessively hot as compared to other toaster ovens. I love it as a toaster oven. Does a great job with bread and for small baking/roasting jobs.

Answer:	No, it has no scent to it. This only works in small rooms like a restroom area. This is not for bedrooms. These filters last about 3 months before you need to replace them. In reality you can use them for close to 5 months just depends. (As Jenine M. Sciascia mentioned they do make some with a Febreeze scent, so check the box before you buy. The ones with Febreeze -usually- have the Febreeze logo on the front of the box.)

Answer:	No, it is not. Use plenty of oil/butter/fat/etc. and if you are cooking something like Rice, , I have found that it is better to wash it right after using it. Do NOT let it stand, and allow the food to adhere to it. otherwise, you will have to fill it with hot soapy water, and let it sit for a few hours.
