Answer:	This unit is ductless, so it is not vented to the outside. As such, it is not designed to remove grease. The charcoal filter that is used to absorb orders will collect grease. If you do a lot of cooking that generates a lot of grease, the charcoal filter will need to be changed more often.

Answer:	No clue. We returned ours. Too small
Question:	Does this oven have a temperature probe
Answer:	I’m not too sure, but BEWARE! Order this from an appliance store, not from that third party seller on Amazon. I just had a nightmare of a situation. Long story short-I tried to save a few hundred dollars but in the end it wasn’t worth it. Oven was damaged beyond repair, AND when GE came for a service call they entered the oven info and it had previously been installed in another home and returned. It was listed as “new” on Amazon. It took me over a month to get my money back after countless calls and emails. Don’t do it!!! I may buy this oven from Home Depot soon now that I finally have my money back. If you buy it through that third party- 1Stop...., I have no doubt you will be the next owner of that same oven that gets repackaged from home to home.
Question:	How quickly does the oven get up to temperature
Answer:	Not sure but OMG. Do NOT buy this from a third party seller. It was a nightmare for us that lasted with two months of disputes. They just keep shipping the same broken oven to different homes. We had them check the history of the broken one they sent and it had been reported to not have worked in 3 separate homes-three separate returns. Just go to a real store to buy this item.
Question:	Does this oven need to vent, or can it be installed in pantry type cabinet
Answer:	This oven does not require a vent in my opinion as warmed air is vented from the bottom of the door. The oven comes in single and double wall and appears to be significantly insulated regarding heat transfer. We are very happy with this oven, works well and cooks evenly.

Answer:	NO! This is a wonderful oven, but it has a lot of drawbacks. First off which is the size. Most full size pans will not fit. I could not find a way to bake both layers of a two layer cake at one time. like a toaster oven you can not use parchment paper . I love this oven and am glad I bought it , but no way would this do everything a regular oven will. It is terrific to complement cooking when you want to bake a pie or side dish when other oven is in use.

I would recommend to pre-bake out any impurities or "Temper" the oven by heating it empty at max high temp convection for 1 hr, opening the doors to ventilate every 15 minutes.

Answer:	We have a 6 quart Presto that was made sometime in the early 1970's. Finally got to the point where it would not seal and I replaced the overpressure plug and seal ring, now works perfectly again: pot roasts up to 5 pounds in 1 hour, delicious and tender, even with cheap chuck roasts. You won't be disappointed. Buy the 8 quart. If you buy the smaller 4 or 6 quart, you will soon wish you had bought the 8 quart model. The way to use this for pot roasts: Use enough water to just cover the trivet plus maybe an extra cup or two. Arrange all your ingredients inside with the roast on the bottom and potatoes on top. Lock the lid in place, then run the stove burner at maximum until the water is boiling (you will be able to hear it boiling in there), and the steam pressure has built to the point that it lifts the vent weight and starts it jiggling, then turn the heat down to medium. Watch the weight for a few minutes. You want the heat just high enough to keep the weight jiggling a little, but not so much that it's venting lots of steam. The safe working pressure of an aluminum pressure cooker could be significantly degraded if the cooker were to be overheated much beyond it's normal operating temperature of 250º. If it were to burst at normal working pressure, on a subsequent use after being overheated, anyone nearby could be seriously injured by scalding water or flying metal debris.

Except for my Presto, I don't use aluminum pots because of acidic foods like spaghetti sauce that could leach out the aluminum. Will probably get the Presto 6 qt stainless pressure cooker next.

I pull it out once a week to clean and have not seen any damage. I assume it can get hot just keep an eye on it until you figure it out. Also I never depend on the temp being what it's set on, most things I fry or bake are at 225 to 300 degrees and have developed quite good skills on this thing

Answer:	On the Amana RCS10DSE it has a dial to set the amount of time, and below it power settings for 20%, 50%, 70% and 100%. There is no way to set that machine for a pre-set power level. They work well and serve our purpose well, they last years. We’ve never had to ask for a warranty replacement.
