Answer:	I verified with my oven thermometer that it does in fact reach 480F unlike some competitors that can be up to 25 degrees shy of the set temp. It took 25 minutes for the Smart Oven Air to reach 480F.

Answer:	Yes it does have non-stick walls. To clean use a soft, damp sponge with a non abrasive liquid cleaner. Pour on the sponge. Voltage is 110. Watts are 1800. They recommend operating the oven on a dedicated circuit separated from other appliances. Just a tip I bought an oven liner that u put in the bottom of a regular electric oven. Cut it done to the size that fits the tray that pulls out from the bottom of the breville. The tray that pulls out is not non-stick. Clean up is a breeze. This is my 2nd breville oven. I bought the 900 model because it is bigger and fits a 9x13 pans. Gave my son my smaller oven.I love this oven a lot. The light is great, air fry does frozen French fries to perfection. Easter I cooked a 10 lb ham. In my house it's called "moms easy bake oven". Just to separate between it and the regular oven.

Question:	what are the interior dimensions - from lower rack to top
Answer:	The onsite specs do say, and I affirm, that the interior has sufficient space to hold a 9in round item in the interior. What needs to be clarified is the height. The effective clearance - that is the available space between the lower rack at the bottom and the heating implement at the top - is slightly less than 4in. An item with a height of 3.5in should fit, but one needs to be concerned with any food being close to the heat source. I would advise against cooking any food in this oven that will rise in excess of 3.5in from bottom of pan to highest point.

Question:	Is it safe to use aluminum foil for baking , e.g. to cover the baking tray
Answer:	Thank you for your question, Margarita. Aluminum foil can be used on/around the food being cooked, and on/around the bake pan. However, be aware that using aluminum foil changes the heating characteristics of the oven, and may lead to unpredictable results. Never use aluminum foil on the crumb tray, the floor, the walls, or along the entire rack. Doing so will cause overheating, and improperly manipulates heat reflection, leading to poor results.
Question:	Is it ptfe or pfoa free
Answer:	It looks like stainless steel inside and out - I do not see any coating on it, I would not have kept it if it had. The inside is shiny SS and the outside is brushed SS. Very nice oven -- I'm a nutritionist and I like that it uses crystal rods for the heating elements - all the others in this class use aluminum. Not that I've seen any studies regarding this, but crystal seems a little better than heating up aluminum.
Question:	Would I be able to fit two slim (cookie sheet) 13x9" pans at the same time? (assuming I get a 2nd rack
Answer:	Yes, if your can find a second rack but.... you will not get an even bake. You can not successfully cook a pizza, pie, bread pan, roast, whole chicken etc. This oven does not get to 450 no matter how long you wait and does not have clearance for anything like bread or whole chicken roaster even on the bottom rack which I would not recommend for an even bake. Toast does not cook evenly either. If you are cooking small meal for 2 or reheating fine. This is not going to replace your full sized oven if you are a cook or baker.

Answer:	The HD is a 2014 model. They are the same just with different models. CD would be the newer systems.

Answer:	I'm searching for the same answer. 220 volt means double 20 amp breaker with 10/3 gauge wire for this unit??? Is this right ???
Question:	Does the outsisde of the toaster oven get hot
Answer:	Yes to all of your questions, but the manufacturer will state that if you don't use a vacuum on the lines before releasing the gas that you will end up with an air lock that ironically will not show up right away but down the road. - Also if there is no bill from a regisistered air conditioning technician indicating the work was done that the manufacturers warrantee is void. - The unit comes with 15 or 25 feet of insulated copper, but be very careful when handling the copper as it will twist inside the insulation and kink the copper and the unit will not work. - ( that is what happened to me) - we had warranty work done with some control modules, but since then it has worked well.- if you don't have warranty you can still buy the parts but you basically have to troubleshoot yourself. - even if you have a warranty the installation of the parts is not included. - But compared to the local price of install, it is still a good value. Sometimes it is hard to get a tech to help install these third party units. - more info than you needed, hope that helps. - you will have to buy the communication cable between the two units, i think it was a 4 wire conductor, available at most electrical and hardware stores.

Answer:	There are enough sizes to fit almost anything. So far, I've used them on everything from a golf cart to a Kia Sorento. Plus, these are plastic so they aren't necessarily restricted to a very specific size opening - close it good enough as they will deform a bit if needed.

Answer:	This is a great oven, but it does gets very hot! Top, and sides will burn you if you touch it durning cooking. I found this out the hard way.

Answer:	It came with a pan and the wire grate. Great oven. The only issue is that ours came dirty. We had to clean it. So don't be surprised. They are used and the manufacture doesn't clean them.
Question:	Does it put off a lot of heat? Only going to switch to toaster oven if it doesn't hit up my kitchen
Answer:	Of course it's hot if you touch it, but I didn't notice any ambient heat in my kitchen or in the area of the toaster oven. It is much cooler than using a regular oven in your kitchen.
Question:	Is the element under the cook rack? In the oven I have now sometimes cheese will drip onto the element and burn and that is undesirable
Answer:	Yes, the two uncovered elements are directly under the cook rack. But I wrap the included baking sheet in foil and place it on it's separate rack just beneath the wire rack and that catches all drips while still allowing my toast to get crispy (I make little french bread pizzas). I prefer it to my last toaster which had small metal covers over the elements that the cheese would burn onto.
Question:	what is the optional stay on setting
Answer:	Turn the bottom knob to the right to preheat the oven/set the timer. Turning the knob to the left to the "stay on" setting let's foods cook w/o utilizing the cooking timer.

Question:	whats the watt it puts out
Answer:	We have a 6 quart Presto that was made sometime in the early 1970's. Finally got to the point where it would not seal and I replaced the overpressure plug and seal ring, now works perfectly again: pot roasts up to 5 pounds in 1 hour, delicious and tender, even with cheap chuck roasts. You won't be disappointed. Buy the 8 quart. If you buy the smaller 4 or 6 quart, you will soon wish you had bought the 8 quart model. The way to use this for pot roasts: Use enough water to just cover the trivet plus maybe an extra cup or two. Arrange all your ingredients inside with the roast on the bottom and potatoes on top. Lock the lid in place, then run the stove burner at maximum until the water is boiling (you will be able to hear it boiling in there), and the steam pressure has built to the point that it lifts the vent weight and starts it jiggling, then turn the heat down to medium. Watch the weight for a few minutes. You want the heat just high enough to keep the weight jiggling a little, but not so much that it's venting lots of steam. As soon as the water is boiling and pressure starts to build, set your timer to 45 minutes for a small roast (2~3 pounds) or 60 minutes for a big one (5~7 pounds). When the cooking is done, turn the stove off and wait for the pressure to drop - this will take several minutes. To test, lift the vent weight slightly with a fork or spoon, and if it doesn't gush steam, the pressure has dropped enough to lift the weight off completely and open the lid.After a few years, the cooker may develop a leak somewhere under the rim of the lid and refuse to build pressure. This is a sign that's it's time to replace the sealing ring and overpressure safety plug, which you will buy as a set, based on the model number of your cooker. Fortunately, Presto is a company that seems committed to maintaining even it's older products, and you can still buy sealing ring and pressure plug kits for cookers manufactured in the '50's and '60's. They haven't changed that much; I guess it's a design that works so well, there's been no reason to change it. Answer:	I have the 8 qt Presto aluminum pressure cooker-love it, a recent purchase. I wonder if that happens because of the aluminum. I used it once for a potato ragu with sirloin beef: yum!! Hadn't cooked that in a couple of years.Where I'm from people love Magnalite aluminum pots. Except for my Presto, I don't use aluminum pots because of acidic foods like spaghetti sauce that could leach out the aluminum. Will probably get the Presto 6 qt stainless pressure cooker next.

Answer:	There are "Warm" and "Broil" buttons, but the manual does not say how to use them. There is no button called "reheat," and the User Manual does not indicate how to use this oven for reheating purposes. My review of March 12, 2015, has photos that show the size difference between a standard "toaster oven" (as the Amazon product page describes it). and this "extra large countertop oven" (as the User Manual describes it).
Question:	Why are dimensions smaller than what is advertised on Amazon? I expected a unit almost 24" wide and was willing to pay extra for size
Answer:	The unit will fit a 16" pizza, but I don't know how you got 24" when the interior chamber dimensions say the width is about 15.75" and the depth is16.36". The entire unit with the control section (and the interior of about 17") is about 21.5" wide. I am sorry you seem disappointed, but my built-in stove top/oven is 24" on the interior -- that would be HUGE for a counter top unit. The returns are easy on Amazon if you're not happy and they will give you a full refund. I LOVE mine and would definitely recommend.

Ingredients

2 lbs. vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered

4 red bell peppers, seeds removed, cut into small chunks

3 red onions, peeled and cut into quarters

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

6 cups vegetable stock

½ cup thickened cream

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Crusty bread and fresh basil leaves, to serve

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line two baking trays with baking paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, and onions.

3. Add oil, vinegar, and brown sugar. Toss to combine.

4. Scatter tomato mixture across the two prepared trays.

5. Bake for 40 minutes or until onions are beginning to caramelize and tomatoes are soft. Allow to cool to room temperature.

6. Place tomato mixture and stock, in batches, into a blender.

7. Blend on HIGH speed for 20 seconds or until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

8. Pour pureed soup into a clean pot and bring to a simmer.

9. Serve soup with crusty bread and fresh basil leaves.

Ingredients

2 cups plain flour

2 teaspoons (1 sachet/7g) dried yeast

¾ teaspoon salt

¾ cup warm water

2 teaspoons olive oil

Plain flour, for kneading

Instructions

1. Add flour, yeast, and salt into a blender.

2. PULSE ingredients until well combined.

3. While blending on LOW, gradually add oil and water through the lid. Blend until a ball forms.

4. Place dough onto a floured work surface. Knead for 1-2 minutes.

5. Place dough into an oiled bowl and leave in a warm place to rise. This will take about 30 minutes.

6. Roll pizza out to desired size. Add toppings as desired.

7. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.

Carrot Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup pecans

2 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

3. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into large mixing bowl. Set aside.

4. Blend nuts until roughly chopped. Add nuts to dry ingredient mixture.

5. Put eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract into blender. Cover and process on MED until smooth. Stop blender, add carrot pieces, cover, and process at MED until carrots are finely chopped.

6. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened.

7. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

8. Cool 5 minutes in pan, then remove from pan and place on wire rack until cooled completely.
