Answer:	On the Amana RCS10DSE it has a dial to set the amount of time, and below it power settings for 20%, 50%, 70% and 100%. There is no way to set that machine for a pre-set power level. If you want to step up to the RCS10TS you can pre-set 5 pre programed buttons with set power levels and times. Please call us at 800-832-1369 for further information.
Question:	Does this vent only cool air through the front bottom of the unit, or does hot steam vent somewhere
Answer:	The photo showing a 6 min. dial is incorrect. We have brought this to the attention of Amazon to have corrected.

Answer:	We have (8) of these accessible for our employees. We’ve been using this model (with the dial) for years forced only on occasion they change the model. Question:	would you replace a regular oven to use only this one
Answer:	NO! This is a wonderful oven, but it has a lot of drawbacks. First off which is the size. Most full size pans will not fit. I could not find a way to bake both layers of a two layer cake at one time. like a toaster oven you can not use parchment paper . I love this oven and am glad I bought it , but no way would this do everything a regular oven will. It is terrific to complement cooking when you want to bake a pie or side dish when other oven is in use.

Answer:	The interior dimensions for the TSSTTVFDDG toaster oven are as follows: 15.75" for width, 16.36" for depth, 8.68" from heater to heater, and 6.85" from lower rack to upper heater.

Answer:	The NON-STICK COATING on the inside walls does not make contact with your food, or vaporize at high temperatures. It is for ease of clean-up, so not a health problem to even worry about you guys. The racks are chrome plated steel, so no chemicals or non-stick coating there. I would recommend to pre-bake out any impurities or "Temper" the oven by heating it empty at max high temp convection for 1 hr, opening the doors to ventilate every 15 minutes.

Question:	I have limited counter space. Please tell me what the outside dimensions are. Thanks
Answer:	Something about one answer (from Alan Hall) does not make sense. "The real dimensions are 11.5" tall by 19" deep by 22" wide. This is an extra large oven as designated by the XL in the model number. It can hold two 16" diameter pizzas." Unless you are stacking, overlapping, or folding the two 16"-diameter pizzas to make them fit . . . since 2x16=32, how can this oven hold two of such pizzas?
Question:	I usually cover my chicken with aluminum foil -that way it stays extra juicy. Can I place it inside this oven
Answer:	Placing foil in the unit may cause the unit to heat up over 500 degrees. For this reason we do not suggest using foil in the toaster oven.
Question:	Can another baking rack be purchased to make it more efficient and cook on two racks at one time
Answer:	The Fox Run Rectangular rack sold by Amazon is a good addition. Oster DOES NOT sell an additional rack and states it is UNAVAILABLE. Don't go on a wild goose chase as I did. The Fox Run rack does not provide more than 1" room between itself and the original rack however, I bought it to specifically place a drip tray when I roast steaks on the higher rack in the oven. It works! Please note: The Fox Run rack is listed as 10" x 14" when it is actually 14.25" wide. It IS a tight fit but it really fits well if you are careful when installing. I recommend leaving it in place for your convenience. This Fox Run addition made the difference for me for keeping the oven because I roast individual steaks most of the time. It also works great alone for taller foods when the original rack does not provide enough height for cooking larger items. It's worth a try if you really want more than just the one rack that only comes with the Oster Toaster Convention oven. This oven is a keeper for me!
Question:	what are the inside dimensions
Answer:	We received the Oster TSSTTVMNDG convection oven December 2nd. We liked it until we tried a 9x13 pan in the oven. Not enough space! We tried a different 9x13 pan (Pyrex - what I consider the standard for casseroles). Same result. The 9"x13" is the INSIDE dimensions of the pan. Most pans have a handle on each end or a lip around the edge. We are very disappointed. Our pans do fit in our microwave, handles & all. We are returning this convection oven & hope to find one larger. I did see a Black & Decker at Walmart that said it was "extra wide for a 9x13 pan WITH handles".

Answer:	There is about 9.5 inches between the feet. The entire oven front to back is about 15 inches, so it would fit on a 16 inch shelf. Hope that helps. I love mine. It is a great little over and very easy to use. It does stick out a little in the back so you would need 2 or 3 inch clearance.

Answer:	This IS an air fryer! The words air fryer just mean EXTRA HOT heat and a fan. Thats it. It’s an extra hot convection oven it requires no pre-heating. Cuisinart Chef’s is an “oven style” air fryer (bigger, holds lots of food, has shelves) versus the “bucket style” air fryer (compact size, doesn’t hold much food, you can only to cook one food item at a time). Chef’s IS an air fryer - but the words “air fryer” were not invented when they started marketing it, which is the sole reason the word “air fryer” is not included in it’s name. This is the absolute best appliance I’ve ever purchased. If you read Cooks Illustrated reviews, Wire cutter reviews, and most other reviews etc. you will find that it is fantastic. It maintains a perfectly consistent temperature. It heats up in no time. It cooks food in no time. It holds two shelves full of food - two 9x12” pans. You can prepare an entire meal of meat, vegetables, potatoes at the same time - in 20 min. It has completely changed how I prepare meals. Quick, easy, healthy, fantastic. Answer:	The BOV845BSS Smart Oven™ Pro and its predecessors which use the same Element IQ™ system that maintains a very accurate and specific temperature as indicated by the LCD once fully preheated. The only loss of temperature would occur from opening the door during the cooking process or not allowing the initial pre-heat to complete. Recommendations find a probe unnecessary, advice is simply to follow traditional roasting times and temperatures. Should it be necessary, keep in mind a reduction of temperature from opening the door and a requirement for needing some time to recalibrate to the indicated temperature selection. In terms of the door and probe, that would be within the realm of the operators judgment as too many variables exist on the market, though it is not something Breville has found necessary.
Question:	Can you use aluminum foil in this oven
Answer:	The BOV845BSS Smart Oven Pro™ is very similar to a traditional home oven and therefore can be approached with similar expectations. Due to the quartz heating elements (two top, two bottom, with a shield though still partially exposed) and the size of the cavity, caution should be exercised when using foil to prevent direct contact with the top heating elements especially. Careful and thoughtful alignment of the foil, tightly wrapped to avoid any contact with the heating elements is certainly required and recommended.
Question:	How do the bake and roast functions differ - and how does the slow cook function differ from using bake or roast at a low temperature
Answer:	The Element IQ™ technology featured on all Breville Smart Ovens' makes alterations to time and temperature to achieve a variety of results based on repeated results in our own test kitchens. Bake is a gentle approach towards target temperature, while roast is a more aggressive approach.
