Answer:	In the back. The old one I had was with a shirt cord. I bought this one for my daughter and she loves it. I use mine as often as I can. My favorite appliance

Answer:	Yes - the smaller pot has a solid bottom and I think it would be great for mashed potatoes. I have bought 3 of these pots and I use them for soap making. All works out fine with the exception of yellow spots that looks like rust on the bottom pot. I do clean and dry them after every use and never leave any water sitting in the pot after use. This is very disappointing as I never experienced this with any of my other stainless steel pot. Tried every way to get the spots out - without any luck. A bummer!

Answer:	Agree with previous answers. There is about 1 inch of space between the bottom of the rack and the pan. I roasted a 23 pound turkey in it for Thanksgiving and had no issues with the drippings touching the bottom of the bird. I think that is what you are asking?

Answer:	The pan itself is 16" long, yes. But with the overhanging handles it is actually 21" long. It is 13" wide and 3 1/2" high/deep. Hope this info helps you.

Answer:	Now I'm even more confused. If 17' X 13" refers to the length and width respectively then what does 18" X 14.8" represent? Surely the height of the roaster with or without handles has nothing to do with length or width of the pan.

Answer:	I did a 15 pound turkey and there was tons of extra room in the pan. I would say you could go much larger, definitely a 20 pound or maybe even bigger.

Answer:	Brown yes. Crispy pretty much. Better than oven but not like deep fryer. Olive oil skin and salt & pepper. Mix a stick of butter with thyme, sage & rosemary. Lift skin up off breast and spread half on each side, then put skin back in place. Breast side up. Tuck wings under. Stick thermometer in breast, set at 450 with cover on. Should take about an hour to get to 130 for a 15lb bird. Don't peek... use the thermo. Go to 130, turn off power, uncover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Answer:	I have never cooked a turkey this big in my roaster. I have roasted 16-18lb turkeys .I would follow the same instruction for conventional oven roasting. If there are no instructions with your turkey, google the weight and look for conventional oven instructions and follow them.

Answer:	Don't know where made. The bottom is flat so it could be used on a stovetop

Answer:	Slightly less than 2 cups, maybe 13 or 14 oz, will fill it to just below the 4 holes near the top.
Question:	Is this roaster effiecent for roasting a single chicken or 3-5 lb. roast
Answer:	the grill temp was around 275/300, cant say about max temp
Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	I certainly wouldn't see why not as I put it in my pit boss grill which heats up to higher temperatures than my oven can (unless it's on self-clean).
Question:	How big turkey can fit in? Hope for 29 lbs
Answer:	I have not had an issue with the chicken staying upright. Mine did not come with a wire. I also purchased another chicken throne from a different company and it did not come with a wire either. I do not believe a wire is a typical item.
